Description
(a)互いに反対の側に位置する(つまり下縁部および上縁部として設けられた)2つの縁部間の延在領域の厚さが、0.3mrad以下の最大くさび角αで以て少なくとも部分的に変化している、熱可塑性の中間層を用意し、
(b)中間層を、ガラス製の外板ガラスと、厚さ1.2mm未満のガラス製の内板ガラスとの間に配置し、(間の厚さが変化している)前記各縁部を、上縁部と下縁部の方に向け、
(c)内板ガラスと外板ガラスとを貼り合わせて互いに結合する。

Claims (11)
- 上縁部(O)および下縁部(U)を有するヘッドアップディスプレイ用の合わせガラス(10)であって、少なくとも、熱可塑性の中間層(3)を介して互いに結合された、ガラス製の外板ガラス(1)とガラス製の内板ガラス(2)とを有しており、該内板ガラス(2)は、1.2mm未満の厚さを有しており、
前記中間層(3)の厚さは、前記下縁部(U)と前記上縁部(O)との間の垂直方向の延在領域において少なくとも部分的に、0.3mrad以下の最大くさび角(α)であって、0mradよりも大きなくさび角で以て変化しており、
前記外板ガラス(1)の厚さは、1.5mm〜1.7mmであり、前記内板ガラス(2)の厚さは、0.6mm〜0.8mmである、合わせガラス(10)。 - 車両のウインドシールドガラスである、請求項1記載の合わせガラス(10)。
- 前記くさび角(α)は、0.2mrad以下である、請求項1または2記載の合わせガラス(10)。
- 前記中間層(3)は、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性シートにより形成されており、該熱可塑性シートにおいて前記くさび角(α)は、伸長により形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(10)。
- 前記中間層(3)は、0.5mm〜1mmの最小厚さを有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(10)。
- 前記中間層(3)は、少なくともポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、ポリウレタン(PU)、またはこれらの混合物またはコポリマーまたは誘導体を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(10)。
- 前記外板ガラス(1)および/または前記内板ガラス(2)は、化学的に予め応力を加えられた板ガラスである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(10)。
- ヘッドアップディスプレイ用の投影装置であって、少なくとも、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス(10)とプロジェクタ(4)とを有しており、該プロジェクタ(4)は、前記合わせガラス(10)の所定の範囲(B)に向けられており、前記中間層(3)の厚さは、少なくとも前記範囲(B)内で変化している、ヘッドアップディスプレイ用の投影装置。
- 上縁部(O)と下縁部(U)とを備えたヘッドアップディスプレイ用の合わせガラス(10)の製造方法であって、
(a)互いに反対の側に位置する2つの縁部間の延在領域において、厚さが少なくとも部分的に、0.3mrad以下の最大くさび角(α)であって、0mradよりも大きなくさび角で以て変化している、熱可塑性の中間層(3)を用意し、
(b)該中間層(3)を、厚さ1.5mm〜1.7mmのガラス製の外板ガラス(1)と、厚さ0.6mm〜0.8mmのガラス製の内板ガラス(2)との間に配置し、前記各縁部を、前記上縁部(O)と前記下縁部(U)の方に向け、
(c)前記内板ガラス(2)と前記外板ガラス(1)とを貼り合わせて互いに結合する、
ヘッドアップディスプレイ用の合わせガラス(10)の製造方法。 - 前記方法ステップ(a)において、前記くさび角(α)は、一定の厚さの熱可塑性シートに、伸長によってもたらされる、請求項9記載の方法。
- 自動車においてヘッドアップディスプレイの投影面に用いられるウインドシールドガラスとしての、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラスの使用。
