Claims (1)
- 自車両が走行する走行車線と対向車両が走行する対向車線との間に設けられた立体物を検出する立体物検出部と、
前記対向車線を走行する前記対向車両を検出する対向車両検出部と、
前記対向車両検出部により検出された前記対向車両が前記立体物検出部により検出された前記立体物から閾値範囲内に存在する場合、前記対向車両検出部により検出された前記対向車両が誤検出であると判定する誤検出判定部と、
を備える車両制御装置。
