Description
(a)ベース板材の表面(III)の少なくとも一部に機能性コーティングを設けるステップ。
(b)切削工具によってベース板材から第1の板材を切り出し、除去工具によって機能性コーティングに、当該機能性コーティングの内側領域を完全に包囲する少なくとも1つのコーティング無し領域を形成するステップ。
(c)熱可塑性の中間層を介して、機能性コーティングが設けられた第1の板材の表面(III)と第2の板材の表面(II)とを結合するステップ。
・ベース板材から第1の板材を切り出すため、またはスクライビングするための切削工具と、
・ベース板材上の機能性コーティングにコーティング無し領域を形成するための除去工具と、
・切削工具および除去工具を移動させるための移動装置と
を備えている。
・表面IIIを有する第1の板材、表面IIを有する第2の板材、および熱可塑性の中間層。第1の板材の表面IIIと第2の板材の表面IIとは、熱可塑性の中間層によって面で結合されている。
・第1の板材の内側の表面IIIの少なくとも一部に設けられた少なくとも1つの機能性コーティング。
・機能性コーティングの内側領域を完全に包囲する少なくとも1つのコーティング無し領域。
a)温度70℃かつ空気相対湿度100%で300時間の持続時間にわたる湿度試験、および
b)空気相対湿度85%かつ85℃から−40℃への温度変動での、各12時間の持続時間の20サイクルでの気候変動試験。
c)温度35℃で960時間に及ぶ、塩化ナトリウム水溶液を用いた塩水噴霧試験。

Claims (4)
- 機能性コーティング(3)を備えた複層板材(100)の製造方法であって、少なくとも、
(a)ベース板材(1’)の表面(III)の少なくとも一部に機能性コーティング(3)を設け、
(b)前記ベース板材(1’)からの第1の板材(1)の切り出しと、当該機能性コーティング(3)の内側領域(11)を完全に包囲する少なくとも1つのコーティング無し領域(9.1,9.2)であって、当該内側領域(11)を部分的または完全に包囲する外側領域(10.1,10.2)から当該内側領域(11)を切り離す少なくとも1つのコーティング無し領域(9.1,9.2)を、前記機能性コーティング(3)に形成することとを、同時に行い、
この場合に、前記コーティング無し領域(9.1,9.2)を形成するために、レーザビーム(15)を有する除去工具(17)を使用し、
前記切り出しを行うために、切削ホイール(16)を備えた切削工具(18)を、冷却液(21)と共に使用し、
前記第1の板材(1)のコーティングされた前記表面(III)上にて直接、前記切削ホイール(16)を移動させ、かつ当該第1の板材(1)のコーティングされた前記表面(III)とは反対側の表面(IV)から前記レーザビーム(15)を当該第1の板材(1)に入射させて当該第1の板材(1)を透過させ、前記機能性コーティング(3)へ送り、
(c)熱可塑性の中間層(4)を介して、前記機能性コーティング(3)が設けられた前記第1の板材(1)の表面(III)と第2の板材(2)の表面(II)とを結合する、
製造方法。 - 前記切削工具(18)と前記除去工具(17)とを同時に移動させ、前記レーザビーム(15)を、前記機能性コーティング(3)上の、前記冷却液(21)によって覆われた領域へ送る、
請求項1記載の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の製造方法の前記ステップ(b)を実施するための装置(30)であって、少なくとも、
ベース板材(1’)から第1の板材(1)を切り出すため、またはスクライビングするための切削工具(18)と、
前記ベース板材(1’)上の機能性コーティング(3)にコーティング無し領域(9.1,9.2)を形成するための除去工具(17)と、
前記切削工具(18)および前記除去工具(17)を移動させるための移動装置(19)と
を備えており、
前記切削工具(18)は冷却液(21)を用いて冷却され、
前記切削工具(18)は切削ホイール(16)またはダイヤモンド先端部を備えており、
前記除去工具(17)はレーザビーム(15)を有しており、
前記除去工具(17)と前記切削工具(18)とは、前記ベース板材(1’)を配置することができる一平面のそれぞれ反対側に配置されている、
