Claims (11)
- 薬物送達デバイスにより投薬予定の薬剤の用量を表示する、薬物送達デバイスのための用量標示機構であって:
軸方向(1、2)に延び、該軸方向(1、2)に互いに離間した少なくとも第1の窓(225)および第2の窓(235)を有する細長いハウジング(212)と、
該ハウジング(212)内に可動に配置され、実際に設定された用量のサイズを表示するための第1の窓(225)に一致する少なくとも1つの用量標示(204)を有する用量標示スリーブ(200)と、
該用量標示スリーブ(200)と一体となって動作可能であり、用量標示機構の動作状態を示すための第2の窓(235)に一致するようにハウジング(212)に対して軸方向に変位可能であるインジケータ(206)であって、用量標示スリーブ(200)はハウジング(212)に対して回転可能であり、インジケータ(206)は用量標示スリーブ(200)の軸方向端部に位置するインジケータ(206)とを含み、
インジケータ(206)は用量標示スリーブ(200)から軸方向に突出し、第2の窓(235)に軸方向に交差するように構成される、少なくとも1つの軸方向に延びる側縁部(209)を含む、前記用量標示機構。 - 用量標示スリーブ(200)はハウジング(212)にねじ係合される、請求項1に記載の用量標示機構。
- 用量標示スリーブ(200)とインジケータ(206)とは一体形成される、請求項1または2に記載の用量標示機構。
- インジケータ(206)は用量標示スリーブ(200)の外周と同一平面上にある、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の用量標示機構。
- ハウジング(212)は、管状本体(220)と、該本体(220)の近位端に配置された閉鎖部材(230)とを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の用量標示機構。
- 第1の窓(225)は本体(220)に位置し、第2の窓(235)は本体(220)
および閉鎖部材(230)の少なくとも一方に位置する、請求項5に記載の用量標示機構。 - 薬剤の用量を投薬するための薬物送達デバイスの駆動機構であって:
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の用量標示機構(214)と、
カートリッジ(14)のピストン(16)に動作可能に係合して、ピストン(16)を遠位方向(1)に変位させるピストンロッド(70)と、
用量設定モードと用量投薬モードとの間で切り替え可能な駆動スリーブ(250)とを含み、
ここで、用量設定モードで、駆動スリーブ(250)はピストンロッド(70)から動作可能に係合解除され、ハウジング(212)に対して用量増加方向(5)に回転可能であり、
用量投薬モードで、駆動スリーブ(250)は、ピストンロッド(70)を遠位方向(1)へ駆動するためにピストンロッド(70)に動作可能に係合され、駆動スリーブ(250)は、ハウジング(212)に対して用量増加方向(5)とは反対の用量減少方向(6)に回転可能である、前記駆動機構。 - 少なくとも駆動スリーブ(250)の軸方向セクションを囲む用量標示スリーブ(200)は、駆動スリーブ(250)に回転不能に係合し、用量標示スリーブ(200)および駆動スリーブ(250)の一つは、少なくとも1つの半径方向に延びる突起(252)を含み、用量標示スリーブ(200)および駆動スリーブ(250)の他の一つは、対応する形状の軸方向に延びる半径方向凹部(207)を含み、軸方向に延びる半径方向凹部(207)は、半径方向に延びる突起(252)と係合する、請求項7に記載の駆動機構。
- インジケータ(206)は、インジケータ(206)の半径方向内側に位置する駆動スリーブ(250)を見せるために、第2の窓(235)の外側へ変位可能である、請求項7または8に記載の駆動機構。
- 薬剤を投薬するための薬物送達デバイスであって:
薬剤が充填されたカートリッジ(14)を収容するためのカートリッジホルダ(12)と、
請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構とを含む、前記薬物送達デバイス。 - 薬剤が充填されたカートリッジ(14)をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
