Claims (7)
- アルミナ製のロッドと、
前記ロッド内に埋め込まれた熱電対と、
前記ロッドの少なくとも一部の周囲に配置された金属製の外側管と、
前記ロッドの少なくとも一部と前記外側管の少なくとも一部との間に配置され、前記ロッドが前記外側管に対して空間変位するのを防ぐように構成された金属製の内側管と、
前記ロッド及び前記外側管の周囲に配置されたセラミックマトリックス複合材料で形成されたシースと、
を備え、
前記ロッドが、第1の部材と第2の部材とによって形成されており、
前記熱電対が、前記第1の部材と第2の部材との間に配置されており、
前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材とが、前記外側管によって嵌合されており、
前記ロッドが、前記内側管によって、前記外側管に対して固定されており、
前記ロッド及び前記外側管が、前記シースを用いて被覆されている、
温度プローブ。 - 前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材のうちの少なくとも1つには、チャネルを形成する溝が含まれ、
前記熱電対が前記チャネル内に配置される、請求項1に記載の温度プローブ。 - 第1の部材と第2の部材との間に熱電対を配置することと、
前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材とを接合することによって、ロッドを形成することと、
前記ロッドの少なくとも一部の上に外側管を配置することによって、前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材とを嵌合することと、
前記ロッドの少なくとも一部と前記外側管の少なくとも一部との間に内側管を配置することによって、前記外側管に対して前記ロッドを固定することと、
セラミックマトリックス複合材料で形成されたシースを用い、前記ロッド及び金属製の前記外側管を被覆することと、
を含む温度プローブの組立て方法。 - 前記ロッドは、固定突部を有し、前記固定突部は、前記ロッドの、軸線に対して直交する平面における断面の外周が他の点の断面の外周よりも大きい領域に、配置されている、
請求項2に記載の温度プローブ。 - 前記外側管は、縁部を有し、前記縁部は、前記ロッドが前記外側管内を完全に貫通するのを妨げるように、前記ロッドの固定突部を係合させるようにされている、
請求項4に記載の温度プローブ。 - 前記内側管は、第1の端部を有し、前記第1の端部は、前記外側管の前記縁部とは反対の側で、前記ロッドの前記固定突部と接している、
請求項5に記載の温度プローブ。 - 前記ロッドの前記固定突部は、前記内側管の第1の端部と前記外側管の前記縁部との間で固定されている、
請求項6に記載の温度プローブ。
