Claims (5)
- エンジン作業機(10)であって、
電子式気化器(18)を含むエンジン(12)と、
前記電子式気化器(18)に接続されたコントローラ(14)と、を有し、
前記電子式気化器(18)は、前記電子式気化器(18)内への燃料供給量を調整するソレノイドバルブ(20)を含み、
前記コントローラ(14)は、
前記エンジン(12)の回転数が所定の高速回転数の範囲(R1)内にあり、且つ、前記エンジン(12)の回転数が目標回転数(R2)よりも高いとき、前記ソレノイドバルブ(20)の開度を大きくするように前記ソレノイドバルブ(20)の制御値を変更し、 前記エンジン(12)の回転数が所定の高速回転数の範囲(R1)内にあり、且つ、前記エンジン(12)の回転数が目標回転数(R2)よりも低いとき、前記ソレノイドバルブ(20)の開度を小さくするように前記ソレノイドバルブ(20)の制御値を変更し、 前記エンジン作業機(10)が鋸断を開始したと判断した場合、前記エンジン(12)の回転数が所定の高速回転数の範囲(R1)内にあり、且つ、前記エンジン(12)の回転数が目標回転数(R2)よりも低いとき、前記ソレノイドバルブ(20)の制御値の変更を停止することを特徴とする、エンジン作業機(10)。 - 前記エンジン作業機(10)が鋸断を開始したと判断した場合、前記エンジン(12)の回転数が所定の高速回転数の範囲(R1)内にあり、且つ、前記エンジン(12)の回転数が目標回転数(R2)よりも高いとき、前記ソレノイドバルブ(20)の開度を大きくするように前記ソレノイドバルブ(20)の制御値の変更を継続することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエンジン作業機。
- 前記エンジン(12)の回転数は、前記エンジン(12)の1回転ごとの回転数であり、前記コントローラは、前記エンジン(12)の1回転ごとの前記エンジン(12)の回転数の差が、所定の連続する回転回数当たり所定の回数以上、所定の閾値(V1)よりも低いとき、前記エンジン(12)が鋸断を開始したと判断することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のエンジン作業機。
- 前記エンジン(12)の回転数は、前記エンジン(12)の1回転ごとの回転数であり、前記コントローラは、前記エンジン(12)の1回転ごとの前記エンジン(12)の回転数の差が、所定回数の連続する回転当たり所定の回数以上、所定の範囲(R3)内にあるとき、前記エンジン(12)が鋸断を開始したと判断することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のエンジン作業機。
- 前記エンジン作業機は、チェーンソー、エンジンカッター、又は、ヘッジトリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のエンジン作業機。
