Description
組成の異なる紫外線硬化性樹脂を用いて、図1(a)に示したフィルム50Aと同様の構造を有する試料フィルムを作製した。
試料フィルム上に飛散した菌液(水)に対する殺菌性を評価した。菌液を付与した試料フィルムを室温・大気中に放置した際の殺菌性を評価したので、乾燥による影響が加わっている。ここでは、黄色ブドウ球菌に対する殺菌性を評価した。具体的な評価方法は以下の通りである。各試料フィルムについて、N=3で実験を行った。
生菌率(%)=各試料フィルムの菌数(N=3の合計)/PETフィルムの菌数(N=3の合計)×100
PCフィルムに対する密着性は、以下の様にして評価した。
○:M=100
△:M=95〜99
×:M=0〜94
◎:20℃で○、40℃で○
○:20℃で△、40℃で○
△:20℃で×、40℃で○
×:20℃で×、40℃で△
××:20℃で×、40℃で×
◎、○または△である場合を、許容可能なレベル(密着性が優れている)と判断した。

Claims (7)
- 表面を有し、前記表面がポリカーボネートで形成されているプラスチック基材と、前記プラスチック基材の前記表面に形成された合成高分子膜とを有し、
前記合成高分子膜は、前記合成高分子膜の法線方向から見たとき、面積円相当径が20nm超500nm未満の範囲内にある複数の第1の凸部を有する、プラスチック製品の製造方法であって、
前記合成高分子膜を形成する工程は、2以上のアクリルモノマーを含む光硬化性樹脂に光を照射することによって前記光硬化性樹脂を硬化させる工程を包含し、
前記2以上のアクリルモノマーは、(メタ)アクリル酸2−(2−ビニロキシエトキシ)エチルモノマーを含み、
前記光硬化性樹脂の全体に対する、前記(メタ)アクリル酸2−(2−ビニロキシエトキシ)エチルモノマーの含有率は、15質量%以上45質量%未満であり、
前記光硬化性樹脂の全体に対する、エチレンオキサイド単位の含有率は、35質量%以上70質量%未満である、プラスチック製品の製造方法。 - 前記光硬化性樹脂の全体に対する、前記(メタ)アクリル酸2−(2−ビニロキシエトキシ)エチルモノマーの含有率は、15質量%以上40質量%未満である、請求項1に記載のプラスチック製品の製造方法。
- 前記光硬化性樹脂の全体に対する、前記エチレンオキサイド単位の含有率は35質量%以上60質量%未満である、請求項1または2に記載のプラスチック製品の製造方法。
- 前記光硬化性樹脂の全体に対する、前記エチレンオキサイド単位の含有率は40質量%超70質量%未満である、請求項1または2に記載のプラスチック製品の製造方法。
- 前記光硬化性樹脂は、ウレタン結合を構成する窒素元素およびフッ素元素を含まない、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のプラスチック製品の製造方法。
- 前記プラスチック基材は、ポリカーボネートフィルムを含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のプラスチック製品の製造方法。
- 前記ポリカーボネートフィルムと前記合成高分子膜とを含む、積層フィルムを製造する、請求項6に記載のプラスチック製品の製造方法。
