Claims (6)
- 入力される回転トルクの伝達および遮断を制御する入力側クラッチ部と、前記入力側クラッチ部からの回転トルクを出力側へ伝達すると共に、出力側から逆入力される回転トルクを遮断する出力側クラッチ部とからなり、
前記出力側クラッチ部は、回転が拘束された静止部材と、回転が出力される出力部材とを備え、回転トルクの遮断時に出力部材と噛合し、かつ、回転トルクの伝達時に出力部材との噛合状態が解除される雌ギヤ部材を前記静止部材に付設すると共に、前記雌ギヤ部材と噛合する雄ギヤ部材を前記出力部材に微小回転可能に付設し、
前記雄ギヤ部材と前記出力部材との間に、回転トルクの遮断時に雌ギヤ部材に対して雄ギヤ部材を位相合わせするアライメント部と、回転トルクの伝達時に出力部材に対して雄ギヤ部材を中立位置に復帰させるセンタリング部とを設けたことを特徴とするクラッチユニット。 - 前記アライメント部は、前記出力部材に形成された平坦面と、前記雄ギヤ部材に形成された傾斜面とからなり、前記平坦面に対して前記傾斜面を当接させた構造を有する請求項1に記載のクラッチユニット。
- 前記センタリング部は、前記出力部材と前記雄ギヤ部材との間に収容部を形成し、出力部材に対して雄ギヤ部材を回転方向に弾性的に付勢する弾性部材を前記収容部に配置した構造を有する請求項1又は2に記載のクラッチユニット。
- 前記弾性部材は、両端部を屈曲させて軸方向に延在したC字状をなし、前記両端部を前記収容部に挿入して回転方向に係止させた請求項3に記載のクラッチユニット。
- 前記雄ギヤ部材および前記雌ギヤ部材のいずれか一方に、雌ギヤ部材の軸方向移動時に雄ギヤ部材に対して雌ギヤ部材を軸芯合わせするガイド部を設けた請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチユニット。
- 前記入力側クラッチ部と前記出力側クラッチ部が自動車用シートリフタ部に組み込まれている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチユニット。
