Description
ピストンが変位する摺動孔が形成されたシリンダチューブと、前記シリンダチューブに取り付けられて前記摺動孔の一端を閉塞するヘッドカバーとを有するハウジングと、
前記ピストンに連結されるとともに、前記永久磁石を保持した保持部と、
前記ハウジング内で位置決め固定されて前記ピストンとともに前記シリンダチューブ内に内室を形成する区画部材と、
を備え、
前記区画部材もしくは前記ピストンのいずれかに設けられて前記ピストンが前記区画部材に当接する際の振動を緩和する第1ダンパか、又は、前記ピストンもしくは前記ヘッドカバーのいずれかに設けられて前記ピストンが前記ヘッドカバーに当接した際の振動を緩和する第2ダンパの少なくともいずれか一方を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 永久磁石の磁力でワークを吸引保持するマグネットチャックにおいて、
ピストンが変位する摺動孔が形成されたシリンダチューブと、前記シリンダチューブに取り付けられて前記摺動孔の一端を閉塞するヘッドカバーとを有するハウジングと、
前記ピストンに連結されるとともに、前記永久磁石を保持した保持部と、
前記ハウジング内で位置決め固定されて前記ピストンとともに前記シリンダチューブ内に内室を形成する区画部材と、
前記シリンダチューブと前記ヘッドカバーを連結する連結部材と、
を備え、
前記区画部材もしくは前記ピストンのいずれかに設けられて前記ピストンが前記区画部材に当接する際の振動を緩和する第1ダンパか、又は、前記ピストンもしくは前記ヘッドカバーのいずれかに設けられて前記ピストンが前記ヘッドカバーに当接した際の振動を緩和する第2ダンパの少なくともいずれか一方を有し、
前記永久磁石の、前記ワークに臨むワーク磁着面に、N極とS極の組み合わせが1組以上存在し、
前記連結部材は強磁性体金属からなり、且つ前記永久磁石が回転することを防止する回転防止部材として機能することを特徴とするマグネットチャック。 - 請求項1記載のマグネットチャックにおいて、前記ピストンと前記保持部が、前記ピストンに比して小径な軸部を介して連結されるとともに、前記区画部材が、前記ピストンと前記保持部との間に位置決め固定され、且つ前記区画部材に、前記軸部が通される挿通孔が形成されていることを特徴とするマグネットチャック。
- 請求項2記載のマグネットチャックにおいて、前記保持部と前記軸部が同一部材に一体的に形成されていることを特徴とするマグネットチャック。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のマグネットチャックにおいて、前記保持部を有する部材がヨークであることを特徴とするマグネットチャック。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のマグネットチャックにおいて、前記連結部材が、ワーク磁着面で隣接するN極とS極との境界に配設されることを特徴とするマグネットチャック。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のマグネットチャックにおいて、前記ピストンの側壁にシール部材が設けられ、前記シール部材によって前記ピストンと前記シリンダチューブとの間がシールされていることを特徴とするマグネットチャック。
