Description
ガラス基板を、植物性材料の炎分解(flame decomposition)を用いて、濃厚な残渣及び樹脂状の堆積物が当該ガラスに多数のスポット状に形成されるまで汚すことにより、使用のために準備した。市場の競合相手と比較するために、「Grunge Off」及び「Formula 420」の両方を、当該ガラス製品を浸漬するために、60分間のみ行うという点を除いて指示書に従って使用した。配合物1を同様に汚れたガラス部分全体を覆って単に注いだ。当該汚れたガラス製品を60分間放置した後、水で洗浄した。当該ガラス製品を、清浄度について目視で評価した。その結果は次のように観察された。60分間及び洗浄の後、配合物1では完全に清浄されており、新しい部分のようであった。一方、「Grunge Off」及び「Formula 420」は、それぞれの清浄剤に全体的に浸漬されたにもかかわらず、汚れの程度が軽かった領域のみ清浄され、酷く汚れた領域は未だ殆ど汚れていた。
本願発明を以下に示す。
[発明1]
油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物であって、
a.3Mの塩基/脱イオン水を前記組成物の約1.4%(w/w)の量で、
b.疎水性溶媒を前記組成物の約0.1〜90%(w/w)の量で、
c.乳化剤を前記組成物の約0.5〜20%(w/w)の量で、
d.界面活性剤を前記組成物の約0.01〜20%(w/w)の量で、及び
e.レオロジー剤を前記組成物の約0.5〜8%(w/w)の量で、
含む、油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明2]
前記塩基が、アンモニア、アミン、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、及びこれらの混合物のうち少なくとも1種であり得る、発明1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明3]
前記親水性溶媒が、アジピン酸ジメチル、グルタル酸ジメチル、コハク酸ジメチル(これらは全て、商品名Rhodiasolv RPDEで、Rhodia Groupから入手可能である)、ペンタン二酸(petanedioic acid),2−メチル,1,5−ジメチルエステル、式CH 3 COO−(CH 2 ) n −COOCH 3 の二塩基酸エステル(nは1〜7の数である)、及びトリプロピレングリコールメチルエーテル、ジメチルアジパート、ジプロピレングリコールメチルエーテル、及びプロプレングリコールn−ブチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセタート、式(R 1 −COO−R 2 )の一塩基性エステル(R 1 は1から16個の炭素を有するアルキルであり、R 2 は1から4個の炭素を有するアルキルである)、大豆メチルエステル、及び乳酸エチル、D−リモネン、及びこれらの組合せのうち少なくとも1種であり得る、発明1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明4]
アジピン酸ジメチル、グルタル酸ジメチル、コハク酸ジメチル(これらは全て、商品名Rhodiasolv RPDEで、Rhodia Groupから入手可能である)、ペンタン二酸(petanedioic acid),2−メチル,1,5−ジメチルエステル、式CH 3 COO−(CH 2 ) n −COOCH 3 の二塩基酸エステル(nは1〜7の数である)、又はトリプロピレングリコールメチルエーテルのうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物の約10〜90%(w/w)の量で存在する、発明3に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明5]
ジプロピレングリコールメチルエーテル及びプロピレングリコールn−ブチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセタートのうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物の約10〜20%(w/w)の量で存在する、発明3に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明6]
式(R 1 −COO−R 2 )の一塩基性エステル(R 1 は1から16個の炭素を有するアルキルであり、R 2 は1から4個の炭素を有するアルキルである)のうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物約1〜50%(w/w)の量で存在する、発明3に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明7]
D−リモネンが、前記組成物の約0.1〜3%(w/w)の量で存在する、発明3に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明8]
少なくとも1種の前記乳化剤が、約0.5〜20%(w/w)の、未処理の乳化剤であるRhodacol IPAM(Solvayから入手可能である)、鎖の長さが200から2000のポリエチレングリコール、ポリアクリル酸、及びこれらの組合せである、発明1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明9]
前記界面活性剤が、両性、陰イオン性及び非イオン性界面活性剤、及びこれらの組合せのうち少なくとも1種である、発明1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明10]
前記両性界面活性剤が、ベタイン、アルキルイミダゾリン、カプリルイミダゾリン、アルカノールアミド、ココアンホプロピオナート、及びこれらの組合せのうち少なくとも1種である、発明9に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明11]
前記両性界面活性剤が、前記組成物の約0.5から約20%(w/w)の範囲の量で存在する、発明9に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明12]
少なくとも1種の非イオン性界面活性剤が、アルコキシル化アルコール、エトキシル化ポリオキシプロピレンブロック共重合体;アルコキシル化エーテルフェノール、シリコーン系化合物、例えばシリコーングリコール共重合体、及半極性非イオン性界面活性剤、例えばトリアルキルアミンオキシド、モノイソプロパノールアミド界面活性剤(商品名Sufynol 104及びSufynol 104Eで知られており、Air Productsから入手可能である)、及びこれらの組合せである、発明9に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明13]
前記非イオン性界面活性剤が、前記組成物の約0.01から約10%の範囲の量で存在することができる、発明9に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明14]
前記陰イオン性界面活性剤が、アルキル硫酸塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホナート、イソプロピルアミンドデシルベンゼンスルホナート、ドデシルベンゼンナトリウム、直鎖状及び分枝状のドデシルベンゼンスルホナート、アルキルタウラート、アルキルサルコシナート(sacrosinates)、アルキルジフェニルオキシドジスルホナート、アルキルナフタレンスルホナート、アルキルエーテルスルファート、アルキルエーテルスルホナート、スルホスクシナート、及びこれらの組合せのうち少なくとも1種である、発明9に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明15]
前記陰イオン性界面活性剤が、前記組成物の約0.5から約20%(w/w)の範囲の量で存在する、発明9に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明16]
レオロジー剤が、セルロース、キサンタンガム、フュームドシリカ、シロキサン処理フュームドシリカ、ヘクトライト粘土及びベントナイト、及びこれらの組合せのうち少なくとも1種である、発明1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明17]
セルロースが、前記組成物の約0.1〜6%(w/w)の量で存在する、発明16に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明18]
前記フュームドシリカ、シロキサン処理フュームドシリカのうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物の約0.5〜8%(w/w)の量で存在する、発明16に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明19]
前記ヘクトライト粘土、ベントナイトのうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物の約0.1〜6%(w/w)の量で存在する、発明16に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
[発明20]
前記キサンタンガム、セルロースのうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物の約0.1〜6%(w/w)の量で存在する、発明16に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
Claims (16)
- 油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物であって、
a.塩基/水の溶液を含む分散相を前記組成物の1〜4%(w/w)の量で、
b.疎水性溶媒を含む連続相を前記組成物の0.1〜90%(w/w)の量で、
c.ポリエチレングリコール及び/又はイソプロピルアミンドデシルベンゼンスルホナートである乳化剤を前記組成物の0.5〜20%(w/w)の量で、
d.追加の非イオン性界面活性剤を前記組成物の0.01〜20%(w/w)の量で、及び
e.レオロジー剤を前記組成物の0.5〜8%(w/w)の量で、
含む、油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。 - 前記塩基が、アンモニア、アミン、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、及びこれらの混合物のうち少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- 前記溶媒が、アジピン酸ジメチル、グルタル酸ジメチル、コハク酸ジメチル、式CH3COO−(CH2)n−COOCH3の二塩基酸エステル(nは1〜7の数である)、及びトリプロピレングリコールメチルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールメチルエーテル、及びプロプレングリコールn−ブチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセタート、式(R1−COO−R2)の一塩基性エステル(R1は1から16個の炭素を有するアルキルであり、R2は1から4個の炭素を有するアルキルである)、大豆メチルエステル、及び乳酸エチル、D−リモネン、及びこれらの組合せのうち少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- アジピン酸ジメチル、グルタル酸ジメチル、コハク酸ジメチル、式CH3COO−(CH2)n−COOCH3の二塩基酸エステル(nは1〜7の数である)、又はトリプロピレングリコールメチルエーテルのうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物の10〜90%(w/w)の量で存在する、請求項3に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- ジプロピレングリコールメチルエーテル及びプロピレングリコールn−ブチルエーテル、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセタートのうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物の10〜20%(w/w)の量で存在する、請求項3に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- 式(R1−COO−R2)の一塩基性エステル(R1は1から16個の炭素を有するアルキルであり、R2は1から4個の炭素を有するアルキルである)のうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物の1〜50%(w/w)の量で存在する、請求項3に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- D−リモネンが、前記組成物の0.1〜3%(w/w)の量で存在する、請求項3に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の前記乳化剤が、0.5〜20%(w/w)の、鎖の長さが200から2000のポリエチレングリコール、ポリアクリル酸、又はこれらの組合せである、請求項1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- 前記非イオン性界面活性剤が、アルコキシル化アルコール、エトキシル化ポリオキシプロピレンブロック共重合体;アルコキシル化エーテルフェノール、シリコーン系化合物、及び半極性非イオン性界面活性剤、モノイソプロパノールアミド界面活性剤、及びこれらの組合せの少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- 前記シリコーン系化合物がシリコーングリコール共重合体であり、前記半極性非イオン性界面活性剤がトリアルキルアミンオキシドである、請求項9に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- 前記非イオン性界面活性剤が、前記組成物の0.01から10%の範囲の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- レオロジー剤が、セルロース、キサンタンガム、フュームドシリカ、シロキサン処理フュームドシリカ、ヘクトライト粘土及びベントナイト、及びこれらの組合せのうち少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- セルロースが、前記組成物の0.1〜6%(w/w)の量で存在する、請求項12に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- 前記フュームドシリカ、シロキサン処理フュームドシリカのうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物の0.5〜8%(w/w)の量で存在する、請求項12又は13に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- 前記ヘクトライト粘土、ベントナイトのうち少なくとも1種が、前記組成物の0.1〜6%(w/w)の量で存在する、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
- 前記キサンタンガムが、前記組成物の0.1〜6%(w/w)の量で存在する、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の油中水型エマルジョン清浄用組成物。
