Description
Claims (7)
- 人体から抽出された検体を分析して診断を自動的に行う体外自動診断方法であって、
ユーザが前記検体、前記検体と混合される試薬、分析ストリップ、及び吸引チップを収納した収納本体をハウジングに供給し、ユーザが制御部と連結された操作表示部で診断の動作を選択する段階と、
前記選択による前記制御部の制御信号によって、自動的に、移送部により直線上に移送される前記収納本体の前記吸引チップを、吸引圧力を提供し、上下方向にのみ移動する吸引部に装着し、装着された前記吸引チップを前記検体の位置に移動させて前記検体を吸引する段階と、
自動的に、前記検体が吸引された前記吸引チップを前記試薬の位置に移動させて吸引された前記検体と前記試薬を吸引と排出を連続的に行って混合する段階と、
自動的に、前記検体と前記試薬が混合された混合液を前記収納本体に収納された前記分析ストリップに滴下し、滴下を終了した前記吸引チップを上方に移動させ、前記移送部が滴下を終了した前記吸引チップから離間した位置に直線方向に移動した後に、前記吸引チップが下降し、さらに前記移送部が下降した前記吸引チップが存在する位置に直線方向に移動し、前記移送部の端部が前記吸引チップを係止して、前記吸引部が上昇することにより、下方に前記吸引チップを脱去する段階と、
自動的に、混合液が滴下された前記分析ストリップを前記移送部の動作により光学的に分析診断する分析診断部に移動させて診断する段階と、
診断が終了すれば、自動的に、前記移送部の動作により前記収納本体を外部に排出する段階と、を含み、
前記移送部は、前記収納本体を直線方向に移送すること、を特徴とする体外自動診断方法。 - 前記診断の動作を選択する段階で、
前記ハウジングの一側面に備えられている前記操作表示部を通じて使用モードが表示され、前記使用モードが選択されれば、前記使用モードに対応する処理信号が前記制御部に転送されて診断作業を自動的に行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の体外自動診断方法。 - 前記吸引部は、
前記移送部の移動範囲の一端側上方に備えられ、吸引圧力を提供すること及び上下に移動することができ、前記検体の吸引、前記検体と前記試薬の混合及び前記分析ストリップへの滴下時に吸引圧力を提供しながら、上下に移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の体外自動診断方法。 - 前記診断する段階で、
前記分析診断部で診断された結果に対してユーザが結果を認識するように前記ハウジングの一側面に備えられた前記操作表示部に表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の体外自動診断方法。 - 前記診断する段階で、
前記分析診断部で診断された結果を前記ハウジングの上部に備えられたプリンタ部で紙形態で出力して表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の体外自動診断方法。 - 前記検体を吸引する段階で、
前記吸引チップが前記吸引部に装着された後、前記検体の吸引前に、前記移送部の動作により前記収納本体を移動させることで、前記収納本体に密閉された状態で保管されている前記試薬の位置に前記吸引チップを位置づけて、下降しながらの穿孔により密閉された状態を解除することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の体外自動診断方法。 - 前記診断する段階で、
前記分析診断部は、クロマトグラフィ分析方法を用いて蛍光、化学発光又は吸光度の測定を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の体外自動診断方法。
