Description
−照明方向に光ビームを放出するために適した発光ダイオードを装備するプリント回路基板、及び
−前記光ビームを受信することを意図した受光面と前記光ビームを再伝送するための放出表面とを有する、前記光ビームを伝播及び伝送するように形成された光モジュール
を備え、
前記発光ダイオードによって放出された光ビームを遮蔽するための少なくとも一の要素であって、
−少なくとも一の発光ダイオードから前記受光面に向かって、
−前記少なくとも一の発光ダイオードの照明方向に実質的に平行に、前記少なくとも一の発光ダイオードの周縁の少なくとも一部及び前記発光ダイオードと前記受光面を隔てる距離の少なくとも一部の上に
延びる要素を備えることを特徴とする。
この場合、単一のマスキング要素は:
−例えば同じ平面内に配置されている、すべてのLEDから、前記受光面に向かって、
−前記LEDの照明方向に実質的に平行に、LEDの組の周縁の少なくとも一部及びLEDの組と光モジュールの受光面とを隔てる距離の少なくとも一部の上に
延びる。
−車両客室内部に位置するアンビエントライト、
−車両の信号灯。
−照明方向(L)に光ビームを放出するために適した発光ダイオード14を装備するプリント回路基板12(より明瞭に示すために、図3には単一のダイオードを示す)、及び
−前記光ビームを受信することを意図した受光面18と前記光ビームを再伝送するための放出表面19とを有する、前記光ビームを伝播及び伝送するように形成された光モジュール16
を備える。
−LED14から受光面18に向かって、
−LED14の照明方向Lに実質的に平行に、すべてのLED14の周縁の少なくとも一部及びLEDの組と受光面18とを隔てる距離の少なくとも一部の上に
延びる。
Claims (10)
- 自動車のヘッドライト(1)のための照明システム(10)であって、
−照明方向(L)に光ビーム(15)を放出するために適した発光ダイオード(14)を装備するプリント回路基板(12)と、
−前記光ビームを受信することを意図した受光面(18)と前記光ビームを再電送するための放出表面(19)とを有する、前記光ビーム(15)を伝播及び伝送するように形成された光モジュール(16)と、
前記発光ダイオードによって放出された前記光ビームを遮蔽するための少なくとも一のマスキング要素(20)であって、
−少なくとも一の発光ダイオードから前記受光面に向かって、
−前記少なくとも一の発光ダイオードの前記照明方向に実質的に平行に、前記少なくとも一の発光ダイオードの周縁の少なくとも一部及び前記発光ダイオードと前記受光面とを隔てる距離の少なくとも一部の上に延びる、少なくとも一のマスキング要素(20)と、を備え、
前記少なくとも一のマスキング要素(20)は、テーパ付きクラウン環形状の溝を画定し、前記溝は、前記溝の開放端(28)に向かうに連れて断面寸法が増加しており、
前記光モジュール(16)は、フロント側外表面(160)、フロント側外表面(160)に平行なリア側外表面(161)を有するテーパ付きクラウン環の形状を有し、前記フロント側外表面(160)及び前記リア側外表面(161)はそれぞれ平面状で、前記フロント側外表面(160)に向かって収束する円錐台の側壁を形成する、それぞれ外側及び内側の側方外表面(162、163)により連結されている、
照明システム(10)。 - 前記少なくとも一のマスキング要素(20)は、前記発光ダイオードのすべてによって放出された前記光ビームを遮蔽するための単一の要素である、請求項1に記載の照明システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一のマスキング要素(20)が、ハウジング(3)に組み込まれて前記ハウジング内部に位置するか、又はハウジングを形成する、請求項1又は2に記載の照明システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一のマスキング要素(20)が前記少なくとも一の発光ダイオードから、前記発光ダイオードと前記受光面とを隔てる前記距離の少なくとも50%にわたって、及び/又はこの距離の最大95%にわたって延びる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム(10)。
- 各発光ダイオード(14)に関連付けられて、前記発光ダイオード(14)からの前記光ビーム(15)を前記受光面(18)に向かってコリメートするように配置されたコリメーション装置(36)を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一のマスキング要素(20)が、前記照明方向(L)に実質的に平行な少なくとも二の側壁(22、24)を含み、前記側壁は、外に現れて前記光モジュールの前記受光面(18)に対向する開放端(28)と、前記開放端(28)から前記照明方向(L)において遠位側にある遠位端(30)とを含む溝(26)を画定し、前記プリント回路基板(12)が、前記溝(26)の内側又は外側の前記遠位端(30)に位置する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム(10)。
- 前記溝(26)の前記遠位端(30)が、前記少なくとも一の発光ダイオードの前記照明方向(L)に実質的に直角の底壁(32)によって閉鎖され、前記底壁(32)は任意で穿孔されている、請求項6に記載の照明システム(10)。
- 前記光モジュールを、ハウジング(3)又は前記少なくとも一のマスキング要素(20)上に固定するための、有利には光ビームを伝播及び伝送するために適した材料からなる少なくとも一の要素(7)を更に備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム(10)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム(10)を装備する自動車用照明部材(1)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一の照明システム(10)を装備する自動車であって、前記少なくとも一の照明システムが、以下の部材、即ち:
−車両客室内部に位置するアンビエントライト、
−車両の信号灯
のうちの少なくとも一方を装備する、自動車。
