Description
Claims (24)
- おもて側及び前記おもて側の反対側の裏側を備える安定化部材と、
第1の脚部及び第2の脚部を備え、骨内への挿入のために弾性変形された状態と骨内に係合される弛緩状態との間で変形可能である動的要素と、
を備え、
前記安定化部材は、前記第1の脚部及び前記第2の脚部が前記裏側から突出するように前記動的要素の少なくとも一部を受け取るように構成され、
前記弾性変形された状態では、前記第1の脚部の自由端は、前記第2の脚部の自由端から第1の距離であり、前記弛緩状態では、前記第1の脚部の前記自由端は、前記第2の脚部の前記自由端から第2の距離であり、前記第2の距離は、前記第1の距離より小さい、骨固定システム。 - 前記安定化部材は、骨プレート、髄内ロッド、及び外部固定器からなる群から選択される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の脚部及び前記第2の脚部は、前記安定化部材を通って延びる請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記動的要素は、本体をさらに備え、
前記安定化部材は、前記本体を受け取るように構成される請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記安定化部材は、前記本体が前記裏側を通過することを妨げるように構成される請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記安定化部材は、受け部穴を備え、前記本体は、頭部を備え、前記頭部を通って開口が延び、前記受け部穴は、前記頭部を受け取り、前記第2の脚部は、前記受け部穴を通って延び、前記裏側から突出する請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記動的要素は、骨ステープルである請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記安定化部材は、第1の受け部穴と、第2の受け部穴とを備え、前記第1の脚部は、前記第1の受け部穴を通って延び、前記第2の脚部は、前記第2の受け部穴を通って延びる請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記動的要素は、本体をさらに備え、
前記本体は、前記安定化部材に当接する請求項4から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記安定化部材は、第1の受け部穴と、第2の受け部穴と、前記第1の受け部穴と前記第2の受け部穴との間に延びる溝と、を備え、
前記動的要素は、本体をさらに備え、前記本体は、前記溝内に位置する請求項8又は請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 前記溝は、前記第1の受け部穴と交差し、前記第2の受け部穴に向かって伸びる、または、前記第1の受け部穴及び前記第2の受け部穴と交差する請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記動的要素は、本体をさらに備え、
前記安定化部材は、サポートを備え、前記本体は、前記サポート上に載置され、前記サポートは、前記本体が前記安定化部材を通過することを妨げる請求項4から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記安定化部材は、第1の受け部穴と、第2の受け部穴とを備え、
前記サポートは、前記第1の受け部穴および前記第2の受け部穴を分離するウェブを備える請求項12に記載のシステム。 - 前記安定化部材の少なくとも一部分が、前記動的要素の少なくとも一部分周りに形成される請求項4から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- a)前記安定化部材は、ウェブを備え、前記動的要素は、本体をさらに備え、前記ウェブは、前記本体の少なくとも一部分を取り囲む、
b)前記動的要素は、弾性変形可能な材料内に少なくとも一部封入される、

b)前記ロッキング機構は、前記安定化部材内に形成された延性タブを備え、前記延性タブは、開状態と閉状態とを備え、前記動的要素は、前記延性タブが前記閉状態にあるとき前記安定化部材にロックされる、
c)前記ロッキング機構は、前記安定化部材のウェブを備え、前記ウェブは、前記本体の少なくとも一部分を取り囲む、
