Description

前記少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターを決定することは、前記ユーザーの足の少なくとも一部の少なくとも1つの特徴を測定することを含む、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目3)
前記ユーザーの足の少なくとも一部の少なくとも1つの特徴を測定することは、歩行周期の接地段階の少なくとも一部の間の前記足のパフォーマンス特性を表す実験データを得ることを含む、項目2に記載の方法。
(項目4)
前記少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターは、圧力、摩擦、力、位置、速度、加速度、回転速度、回転加速度、足の少なくとも一部の形状の変化、質量分布、エネルギー分布、応力、歪み、及び/又は、事象が生じている時間のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、項目3に記載の方法。

(ii)前記歩行周期の前記接地段階の少なくとも一部の間の前記ユーザーの前記足の少なくとも一部の形状及び/又は位置の変化と、
(iii)前記歩行周期の前記接地段階の少なくとも一部の間の前記足の裏の少なくとも一部と地表面との間の力の分布と
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、項目4に記載の方法。
(項目7)
前記少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターを決定することは、前記ユーザーの足の少なくとも1つの身体的特徴を測定することを含む、項目2に記載の方法。
(項目8)
前記少なくとも1つの身体的特徴は、前記足の少なくとも生理学的な構造特徴を含む、項目7に記載の方法。
(項目9)

1つ又は複数の付加的な製造技術を用いて履物製品のソールの少なくとも一部の前記構造特徴を形成することを更に含む、項目1に記載の方法。
(項目21)
前記付加的な製造技術は、選択レーザー焼結、熱溶解積層法、ステレオリソグラフィ、薄膜積層法又はインクジェットベースの付加的な製造のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。

前記実験データは、圧力、摩擦、力、位置、速度、加速度、回転速度、回転加速度、足の少なくとも一部の形状の変化、質量分布、エネルギー分布、応力、歪み、及び/又は、事象が生じている時間のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、項目24に記載の履物製品。

前記実験データは、前記歩行周期の前記接地段階の少なくとも一部の間の前記ユーザーの前記足の裏の少なくとも一部にわたる圧力分布、前記歩行周期の前記接地段階の少なくとも一部の間の前記ユーザーの前記足の少なくとも一部の形状及び/又は位置の変化、及び/又は、前記歩行周期の前記接地段階の少なくとも一部の間の前記足の裏の少なくとも一部と地表面との間の力の分布のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、項目24に記載の履物製品。
(項目28)
前記ユーザーの足の少なくとも一部の前記少なくとも1つの特徴は、前記ユーザーの足の少なくとも1つの測定した身体的特徴を含む、項目23に記載の履物製品。
(項目29)
前記少なくとも1つの身体的特徴は、前記足の少なくとも生理学的な構造特徴を含む、項目28に記載の履物製品。
(項目30)
前記少なくとも生理学的な構造特徴は、形状、サイズ、摩耗パターン、けがの履歴、骨の構造、汗腺の分布、温度、湿度レベル、循環メトリック、筋活動、摩擦メトリック、血圧、心拍、体積変化、水和レベル、汗レベル、靭帯の構造、つま先の形状、足指の分布、踵の形状及び/又はアーチの形状のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、項目29に記載の履物製品。

ユーザーに関連する少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターを決定するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターを分析して、前記ユーザーの足の少なくとも1つのパフォーマンスメトリックを決定するステップと、
前記パフォーマンスメトリックに基づいて、前記ユーザーの前記履物製品の少なくとも一部の1つ又は複数のカスタマイズされる構造特徴を決定するステップと

Claims (10)
- ユーザーおよびアスリートの動きの少なくとも一方に合わせてカスタマイズされる履物製品のソールの少なくとも一部を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
ユーザーに関連する少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターを決定するステップであって、前記少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターは、前記ユーザーの足の裏の少なくとも一部にわたる圧力分布測定値と、前記ユーザーの前記足の前記裏の少なくとも一部と前記アスリートの動きの接地段階の少なくとも一部中の地表面との間の力の分布測定値とを含む、ステップと、
前記圧力分布測定値と前記力の分布測定値とを乗算することにより、前記ユーザーの前記足の複数の位置における前記ユーザーの前記足と前記地表面との間の相互作用の少なくとも1つの角度および少なくとも1つの大きさに少なくとも部分的に関連する少なくとも1つのベクトルを決定することにより、前記少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターを分析するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのベクトルに基づいて、前記ユーザーの前記履物製品の前記ソールの少なくとも一部の少なくとも1つのカスタマイズされる構造特徴を決定するステップであって、前記カスタマイズされる構造特徴は、接地ソール要素のための少なくとも1つの牽引要素を含み、各牽引要素は、前記ベクトルの大きさによって決定されるサイズを含み、各牽引要素は、前記接地ソール要素から延びており、各牽引要素は、前縁と後縁とを含み、各牽引要素は、好ましい向きを有し、前記前縁は、前記ベクトルの方向に向けられている、ステップと、
前記カスタマイズされる構造特徴を有する前記履物製品の少なくとも一部を前記ユーザーのために製造するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターは、圧力、摩擦、力、位置、速度、加速度、回転速度、回転加速度、質量分布、エネルギー分布、応力、歪み、事象が生じている時間、接地時間、最初に足が着地する位置、つま先が離れる位置、回内特徴、回外特徴のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、前記少なくとも1つのベクトルは、前記少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターに基づいて決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの入力パラメーターは、
(i)前記アスリートの動きの前記接地段階の少なくとも一部の間の前記ユーザーの前記足の前記裏の少なくとも一部にわたる圧力分布と、
(ii)前記アスリートの動きの前記接地段階の少なくとも一部の間の前記ユーザーの前記足の少なくとも一部の形状および位置の少なくとも一方の変化と、
(iii)前記アスリートの動きの前記接地段階の少なくとも一部の間の前記ユーザーの前記足の前記裏の少なくとも一部と地表面との間の力の分布と
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのベクトルは、前記アスリートの動きの前記接地段階の少なくとも一部の間により高い圧力およびより大きい力のうちの少なくとも一方に晒される前記ユーザーの前記足の少なくとも1つの領域を特定することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのベクトルは、前記より高い圧力および前記より大きい力のうちの少なくとも一方に関連付けられる前記ベクトルを特定することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記履物製品の前記ソールの少なくとも一部の前記カスタマイズされる構造特徴は、前記接地ソール要素のための少なくとも1つの追加の牽引要素を含み、各追加の牽引要素は、異なる牽引要素の形状、異なる牽引要素の向き、異なる牽引要素の形態のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記履物製品の前記接地ソール要素の少なくとも一部の前記少なくとも1つのカスタマイズされる構造特徴は、材料分布、材料密度分布、前記ソールの前記一部内の少なくとも1つの機械的構造の分布のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
