Description
成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの内部において回転自在に且つ進退自在に配設されるスクリュと、
前記スクリュを回転させる計量モータと、
前記スクリュを進退させる射出モータと、
前記計量モータの固定子および前記射出モータの固定子が固定される射出フレームと、
前記計量モータの回転子に対し進退自在に連結され前記計量モータの回転子と共に回転する回転移動軸と、
前記射出フレームに対し進退自在とされ、前記射出モータによる推進力を前記回転移動軸を介して前記スクリュに伝達する駆動軸と、
前記回転移動軸と前記駆動軸との間に配設される圧力検出器とを有する、射出装置が提供される。

Claims (4)
- 成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの内部において回転自在に且つ進退自在に配設されるスクリュと、
前記スクリュを回転させる計量モータと、
前記スクリュを進退させる射出モータと、
前記計量モータの固定子および前記射出モータの固定子が固定される射出フレームと、
前記計量モータの回転子に対し進退自在に連結され前記計量モータの回転子と共に回転する回転移動軸と、
前記射出フレームに対し進退自在とされ、前記射出モータによる推進力を前記回転移動軸を介して前記スクリュに伝達する駆動軸と、
前記回転移動軸と前記駆動軸との間に配設される圧力検出器とを有する、射出装置。 - 前記射出モータの回転運動は、前記駆動軸の回転直線運動に変換され、
前記圧力検出器は、前記圧力検出器に対し前記回転移動軸を回転自在に支持する第1軸受と、前記圧力検出器に対し前記駆動軸を回転自在に支持する第2軸受との間に配設される、請求項1に記載の射出装置。 - 前記圧力検出器の回転を制限する回転制限機構を有する、請求項1または2に記載の射出装置。
- 前記駆動軸はねじ軸を含み、前記ねじ軸に螺合するナットが前記射出フレームに対し固定され、
前記回転制限機構は、前記圧力検出器と前記ナットとの両方に係合される、請求項3に記載の射出装置。
