Abstract
Description
次に、本実施形態の一側面に係る作用効果について説明する。X線発生装置1において、導電性の高圧給電部54と2種類の異なる絶縁材料(固体の絶縁ブロック51の上面51e及び絶縁オイル45)との境界部Bは、電界が集中し易く放電し易い部分となっている。そこで、X線発生装置1では、X線管3の絶縁バルブ12に対向する絶縁ブロック51の上面51eに、境界部Bよりも絶縁バルブ12側に突出すると共に高圧給電部54を包囲する突出部55が設けられている。このような突出部55により、X線管3を包囲するX線管収容部4に対して、境界部Bを隠すことができる。これにより、高電位である境界部Bと接地電位(0V)であるX線管収容部4との間の放電を抑制できる。
Claims (5)
- バルブ部と、前記バルブ部に突設された高電圧印加部と、を有するX線管と、
前記X線管の管軸に沿った管軸方向から見て少なくとも前記バルブ部を包囲するように、前記バルブ部を収容するX線管収容部と、
前記X線管の前記高電圧印加部に電圧を供給する高電圧発生回路を絶縁性材料からなる固体の絶縁ブロック内に封止してなる電源部と、を備え、
前記管軸方向に前記X線管の前記バルブ部に面する前記絶縁ブロックの表面と前記X線管収容部の内面とによって画成された空間には、絶縁性の液体が封入されており、
前記絶縁ブロックの前記表面には、前記高電圧印加部と電気的に接続される導電性の給電部が配置されており、
前記絶縁ブロックの前記表面には、前記給電部と前記絶縁ブロックの前記表面と前記絶縁性の液体との境界部よりも前記バルブ部側に突出し、前記管軸方向から見て前記給電部を包囲する少なくとも1つの突出部が設けられており、
前記少なくとも1つの突出部の頂部は、前記表面側の前記バルブ部の端部を含んで前記管軸に直交する方向に延在する仮想平面から前記電源部側に離間している、X線発生装置。 - 前記絶縁ブロックの前記表面は、連続的に変化する表面形状を有している、請求項1に記載のX線発生装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記給電部の近傍において前記給電部を直接に包囲するように設けられた環状の第1突出部を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のX線発生装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記X線管収容部の内面との間に溝部を形成する環状の第2突出部を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のX線発生装置。
- 前記絶縁ブロックの前記表面には、前記給電部を包囲する環状の凹部と、前記凹部と接続され、前記管軸方向に沿って前記仮想平面から離間するにつれて前記凹部に近づくように傾斜する傾斜部と、が設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のX線発生装置。
