Claims (3)
- クランクケースと、
前記クランクケースに固定された第1及び第2圧縮用シリンダと、
前記クランクケースに固定された第1及び第2真空用シリンダと、
前記クランクケース内で回転可能に支持された回転軸と、
前記回転軸に連結されて前記第1及び第2圧縮用シリンダ内でそれぞれ往復動する第1及び第2圧縮用ピストンと、
前記回転軸に連結されて前記第1及び第2真空用シリンダ内でそれぞれ往復動する第1及び第2真空用ピストンと、を備え、
前記第1及び第2圧縮用ピストンのピストンヘッドの各径は、前記第1及び第2真空用ピストンのピストンヘッドの各径よりも小さく、
前記第1及び第2圧縮用ピストンは、前記第1及び第2真空用ピストンを前記回転軸の軸心方向で挟むように前記回転軸に連結され、
前記第1及び第2圧縮用シリンダ内のそれぞれには、前記第1及び第2圧縮用シリンダの往復動によりそれぞれ容積が増減する第1及び第2圧縮用チャンバが形成され、
前記第1及び第2真空用シリンダ内のそれぞれには、前記第1及び第2真空用シリンダの往復動によりそれぞれ容積が増減する第1及び第2真空用チャンバが形成され、
前記第1及び第2圧縮用ピストンは、それぞれ、前記第1及び第2圧縮用チャンバ内に導入された空気を前記第1及び第2圧縮用チャンバ内で圧縮して前記第1及び第2圧縮用チャンバ外へ排出し、
前記第1及び第2真空用ピストンは、それぞれ、前記第1及び第2真空用チャンバ内に吸引した空気を前記第1及び第2真空用チャンバ外へ排出する、ピストン駆動装置。 - 前記回転軸に直交し、前記第1及び第2圧縮用ピストン及び第1及び第2真空用ピストンのピストンヘッドと交差する仮想平面が存在する、請求項1のピストン駆動装置。
- 前記回転軸を駆動するアウターロータ型モータを備えている、請求項1又は2のピストン駆動装置。
