Description
Claims (10)
- 3 次元プリンタの印刷ヘッドのノズルから射出されるフィラメントをかさねて 3 次元オブジェクトを印刷・造形する 3 次元印刷方法において,
前記のフィラメントとして射出後に表面がなめらかになり光沢をもつ材料を使用し,
前記の 3 次元オブジェクト上の第 1 の部分においてフィラメント断面がほぼ円形になるように第 1 の印刷パラメタを決定するとともに,
前記の 3 次元オブジェクト上の第 2 の部分においてフィラメント表面がより平坦になるように第 2 の印刷パラメタを決定することにより,
前記の 3 次元オブジェクトの表面にあたる外光の前記の表面に垂直な方向への反射光が前記の第 1 の部分より前記の第 2 の部分において,よりつよくなるようにする
ことを特徴とする 3 次元印刷方法. - 3 次元プリンタのノズルから射出されるフィラメントをかさねて 3 次元オブジェクトを印刷・造形する 3 次元印刷方法において,
前記のフィラメントとして射出後に表面がなめらかになり光沢をもつ材料を使用し,
前記の 3 次元オブジェクト上の部分ごとに近傍のフィラメントと前記の近傍のフィラメントに隣接するフィラメントとの間隔をほぼ等間隔にし,
前記の部分ごとに前記の近傍のフィラメントの断面積をほぼ一定にし,
前記の部分ごとに前記の近傍のフィラメントと前記の隣接するフィラメントとの角度をほぼ一定にするように印刷を制御することにより,
上記の近傍において前記の 3 次元オブジェクトが特定の方向によりつよく外光を反射するように印刷・造形するとともに,
フィラメントを複数層かさねて表層すなわち第 1 層のフィラメントにおいては表面で光を反射するようにし,第 2 層以下のフィラメントにおいては光の反射をおさえることを特徴とする 3 次元印刷方法. - 請求項1の 3 次元印刷方法において,前記の第 1 および第 2 の印刷パラメタが隣接フィラメント間間隔である 3 次元印刷方法.
- 請求項1の 3 次元印刷方法において,前記の第 1 および第 2 の印刷パラメタがフィラメント断面積である 3 次元印刷方法.
- 請求項4の 3 次元印刷方法において,
前記のノズルの移動速度を前記の部分ごとに変化させることにより前記の近傍のフィラメントの断面積を前記の部分ごとに変化させることを特徴とする 3 次元印刷方法. - 請求項4の 3 次元印刷方法において,
前記のノズルからのフィラメントの射出速度を前記の部分ごとに変化させることにより前記の近傍のフィラメントの断面積を前記の部分ごとに変化させることを特徴とする 3 次元印刷方法. - 請求項4の 3 次元印刷方法において,
内径のことなる複数のノズルを前記の 3 次元プリンタに装備し,内径のおおきいノズルを前記のノズルとして選択し使用することによって前記の射出中のフィラメントの断面積を増加させることを特徴とする 3 次元印刷方法. - 請求項1の 3 次元印刷方法において,前記の第 1 および第 2 の印刷パラメタが隣接フィラメント間角度である 3 次元印刷方法.
- 3 次元プリンタのノズルから射出されるフィラメントをかさねて印刷・造形された 3 次元オブジェクトであって,
前記のフィラメントとして表面がなめらかで光沢をもつ材料が使用され,
前記の 3 次元オブジェクト上の第 1 の部分においてフィラメント断面がほぼ円形であり,
前記の 3 次元オブジェクト上の第 2 の部分においてフィラメント表面がより平坦であり,
前記の 3 次元オブジェクトの表面にあたる外光の前記の表面に垂直な方向への反射光が前記の第 2 の部分より前記の第 1 の部分において,よりつよい
ことを特徴とする 3 次元オブジェクト. - 請求項9の 3 次元オブジェクトにおいて,
フィラメントが 1 層であることを特徴とする 3 次元オブジェクト.
