Claims (4)
- 一次圧ポート、タンクポートおよび出力ポートを有し、これらの各ポートに連通するようにスプール穴が設けられたハウジングと、
該ハウジングのスプール穴に挿入され、前記スプール穴の軸方向に移動することにより前記一次圧ポートとタンクポートのうちいずれか一方のポートを前記出力ポートに連通させ、他方のポートを前記出力ポートに対して遮断するスプールと、
前記スプールの軸方向一側に位置して前記ハウジング内に形成されたパイロット圧力室と、
前記スプールの軸方向他側に位置して前記ハウジング内に設けられ、前記スプールを軸方向一側に向けて付勢する弾性体と、
前記パイロット圧力室内の圧力に応じた力で前記スプールを前記弾性体に抗して軸方向他側に移動させるために前記スプールに設けられ、前記パイロット圧力室内の圧力を受圧する第1受圧部と、
前記出力ポートの圧力に応じた力で前記弾性体と共に前記スプールを軸方向一側に移動させるために前記スプールに設けられ、前記出力ポートの圧力を受圧する第2受圧部と、
を備えた減圧弁ユニットであって、
前記スプールが前記スプール穴に沿って軸方向他側へ移動することにより、前記パイロット圧力室と前記タンクポートとを連通し前記パイロット圧力室から前記タンクポートに排出される作動油の流量を制限する絞り流路を有し、
前記スプールが前記スプール穴に沿って軸方向他側へ移動することにより、前記一次圧ポートと前記出力ポートとが連通される状態、および前記出力ポートと前記タンクポートとが遮断される状態よりも先に、前記絞り流路が、前記パイロット圧力室と前記タンクポートとを連通するように構成されたことを特徴とする減圧弁ユニット。 - 前記スプールは前記スプール穴に沿って軸方向他側へ移動することで、前記一次圧ポートと前記出力ポートとを連通することよりも後に、前記出力ポートと前記タンクポートとを遮断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減圧弁ユニット。
- 前記スプールは前記スプール穴に沿って軸方向他側へ移動することで、前記一次圧ポートと前記出力ポートとを連通することよりも先に、前記出力ポートと前記タンクポートとを遮断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減圧弁ユニット。
- 電気式操作装置の操作量に応じて増減される制御一次圧を前記圧力として前記パイロット圧力室に発生させる電磁弁装置を備え、
前記スプールは、前記第1の受圧部が前記パイロット圧力室内の制御一次圧を受圧することにより前記スプール穴に沿って軸方向他側へ移動し、前記出力ポートからは、制御二次圧としての圧力が出力されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の減圧弁ユニット。
