Description
前記可動子の周方向において前記下流側連通孔と同じ角度位置に、前記ガイド部の上流側と下流側とを中心軸線方向に連通する燃料通路が設けられ、
前記上流側連通孔及び前記下流側連通孔は、前記上流側連通孔の開口面積S1と前記下流側連通孔の開口面積S2との和と、前記可動子の内側に構成された燃料通路の前記上流側連通孔の上流側における通路断面積S3との面積比((S1+S2)/S3)が、4.0よりも小さくなるように設けられている。
前記ロッド部は、燃料流れの方向において上流側に位置するように配置され前記ロッド部の内側と外側とを連通する上流側連通孔と、燃料流れの方向において下流側に位置するように配置され前記ロッド部の内側と外側とを連通する下流側連通孔とを有し、
前記上流側連通孔及び前記下流側連通孔は、前記上流側連通孔の開口面積S1と前記下流側連通孔の開口面積S2との和と、前記ロッド部の内側に構成された燃料通路の入口における燃料通路の断面積S3との面積比((S1+S2)/S3)が、3.5よりも小さくなるように設けられている。
Claims (10)
- 協働して燃料通路を開閉する弁座及び弁体と、前記弁体が一端部に設けられ内側に燃料通路が形成された可動子と、前記弁座が形成された弁座部材と、燃料流れの上流側に位置し前記可動子の内側と外側とを連通する上流側連通孔と、燃料流れの下流側に位置し前記可動子の内側と外側とを連通する下流側連通孔と、を備え、前記弁座部材と前記弁体とが摺接する前記弁体のガイド部が前記下流側連通孔の下流側に設けられた燃料噴射弁において、
前記可動子の周方向において前記下流側連通孔と同じ角度位置に、前記ガイド部の上流側と下流側とを中心軸線方向に連通する燃料通路が設けられ、
前記上流側連通孔及び前記下流側連通孔は、前記上流側連通孔の開口面積S1と前記下流側連通孔の開口面積S2との和と、前記可動子の内側に構成された燃料通路の前記上流側連通孔の上流側における通路断面積S3との面積比((S1+S2)/S3)が、4.0よりも小さくなるように設けられていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記開口面積S1と前記開口面積S2との面積比(S1/S2)が、0.5よりも大きく1.6よりも小さい範囲に設定されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記可動子は、可動鉄心と、前記弁体と前記可動鉄心とを連結するロッド部と、を備え、
前記上流側連通孔は、その上端部が前記可動鉄心の下端から前記ロッド部の内径寸法以上に離間しない位置に配置され、
前記下流側連通孔は、その下端部が前記弁体から前記ロッド部の内径寸法以上に離間しない位置に配置されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項3に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記面積比((S1+S2)/S3)は1.0よりも大きいことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記上流側連通孔は前記可動子の周方向に複数設けられており、前記上流側連通孔の前記開口面積S1は複数の上流側連通孔の開口面積の総和であり、
前記下流側連通孔は前記ロッド部の周方向に複数設けられており、前記下流側連通孔の前記開口面積S2は複数の下流側連通孔の開口面積の総和であることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 協働して燃料通路を開閉する弁座及び弁体と、前記弁体を駆動する電磁駆動部とを備え、前記電磁駆動部に、固定鉄心と、前記弁体と連結されて前記固定鉄心との間に作用する磁気吸引力によって前記弁体を開閉弁方向に駆動する可動鉄心とを有し、前記弁体と前記可動鉄心とをロッド部で連結して前記ロッド部の内側に燃料通路を構成した燃料噴射弁において、
前記ロッド部は、燃料流れの方向において上流側に位置するように配置され前記ロッド部の内側と外側とを連通する上流側連通孔と、燃料流れの方向において下流側に位置するように配置され前記ロッド部の内側と外側とを連通する下流側連通孔とを有し、
前記上流側連通孔及び前記下流側連通孔は、前記上流側連通孔の開口面積S1と前記下流側連通孔の開口面積S2との和と、前記ロッド部の内側に構成された燃料通路の入口における燃料通路の断面積S3との面積比((S1+S2)/S3)が、4.0よりも小さくなるように設けられていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項6に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記開口面積S1と前記開口面積S2との面積比(S1/S2)が、0.5よりも大きく1.6よりも小さい範囲に設定されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項7に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記上流側連通孔は、その上端部が前記可動鉄心の下端から前記ロッド部の内径寸法以上に離間しない位置に配置され、
前記下流側連通孔は、その下端部が前記ロッド部の下端から前記ロッド部の内径寸法以上に離間しない位置に配置されたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項8に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
面積比((S1+S2)/S3)は1.0よりも大きいことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項9に記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記上流側連通孔は前記ロッド部の周方向に複数設けられ、前記上流側連通孔の前記開口面積S1は複数の上流側連通孔の開口面積の総和であり、
前記下流側連通孔は前記ロッド部の周方向に複数設けられ、前記下流側連通孔の前記開口面積S2は複数の下流側連通孔の開口面積の総和であることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
