Description
(a)少なくとも1つの歩行エレメントを、該歩行エレメントを前方及び/又は後方に移動させるために水平に移動させるステップと、
(b)上記少なくとも1つの歩行エレメントを、該歩行エレメントを障害物上に移動させるために上方及び/又は下方に移動させるステップと、
(c)当該輸送装置及び荷の床に対する重心の投影を、荷重の掛かった前記歩行エレメント(又は複数のエレメント)の下又は間に維持するために、前記荷運搬体を前記歩行エレメント(又は複数のエレメント)から独立に水平に移動させるステップと、
を有する。
Claims (17)
- a.荷運搬体(10)と、
b.少なくとも1つの中央歩行エレメント(80,90,100)、第1側部歩行エレメント(20)及び第2側部歩行エレメント(50)であって、前記少なくとも1つの中央歩行エレメント(80,90,100)が前記2つの側部歩行エレメント(20,50)の間に配置される歩行エレメントと、を有し、
c.前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)は前記荷運搬体(10)に該荷運搬体(10)に対して上下に移動可能に配設され、
d.前記側部歩行エレメント(20,50)は垂直アクチュエータ(26,56)により前記中央歩行エレメント(80,90,100)から独立に、かつお互いに独立に上下に移動することができ、
e.前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)は前記荷運搬体(10)に該荷運搬体(10)に対し水平方向において前後に移動可能に配設され、
f.前記第1側部歩行エレメント(20)、前記第2側部歩行エレメント(50)及び前記少なくとも1つの中央歩行エレメント(80,90,100)は水平アクチュエータ(28,58)によりお互いに独立に前後に移動することができ、
g.前記荷運搬体(10)が、前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)から独立して水平に移動するように配置されて、前記輸送装置(1)及び荷の地面に対する重心の投影(150)を荷重の掛かった前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)の下又は間に維持できるようにしている、
輸送装置(1)。 - a.前記側部歩行エレメント(20,50)は、当該輸送装置(1)が該側部歩行エレメント(20,50)だけで安定して立つことができるように、歩行方向の延長部を備えた地面接触部(24,54)を有し、
b.前記少なくとも1つの中央歩行エレメント(80,90,100)は、当該輸送装置(1)が該中央歩行エレメント(80,90,100)だけで安定して立つことができるように、歩行方向及び歩行方向に直交する方向の地面接触部(84,94,104)を有する、
請求項1に記載の輸送装置。 - 前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)及び荷運搬体(10)の互いに対する運動を、床に対する当該輸送装置(1)及び荷の重心の投影(150)が荷重の掛けられた前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)の下又は間に常にあるように制御するコントローラを有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の輸送装置。
- 車輪(32,62,112,164,184,370)を更に有し、当該輸送装置(1)が前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)により歩くことができるか、又は前記車輪(32,62,112,164,184,370)により走行することができる請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の輸送装置。
- 前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)の各々が、
a.各歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)に対する長方形のプレート、及び/又は
b.少なくとも1つの車輪(32,62,112)、及び/又は
c.少なくとも1つの円形プレート、
の形状の地面接触部(24,54,84,94,104)を有する請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の輸送装置。 - 該車輪(32,62,112,164,184,370)は、
a.外側側部パネル(160,180)を介して前記荷運搬体(10)により、及び/又は
b.プレート状の前記地面接触部により、及び/又は
c.前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)のシャフト(22,52,82,92,102)により、及び/又は
d.前記荷運搬体(10)に接続され及び該荷運搬体(10)から分離することができる屋内装置(300)により、
支持することができる請求項4又は請求項5に記載の輸送装置。 - 2つの中央歩行エレメント(90,100)を有し、該2つの中央歩行エレメント(90,100)が、前記2つの側部歩行エレメント(20,50)に隣接して配置されると共に互いからは離隔される請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載の輸送装置。
- 前記荷運搬体(10)が、アクチュエータ支持部分(14)と、該アクチュエータ支持部分(14)よりも低く配置され、前記2つの中央歩行エレメント(90,100)の間に配置された1以上の低い部分(12)とを有する請求項7に記載の輸送装置。
- 前記中央歩行エレメント(80)が、該中央歩行エレメント(80)を前記荷運搬体(10)に対して垂直軸の周りで回転させるための回転アクチュエータ(116)を有する請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載の輸送装置。
- 前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)が歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)毎に2以上の垂直アクチュエータを有する請求項1ないし9の何れか一項に記載の輸送装置。
- 前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)毎の2以上の垂直アクチュエータが、
該2以上の垂直アクチュエータが回動可能に取り付けられた、歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)毎の1つの共通の地面接触部分(24,54,84,94,104)を有するか、又は
該2以上の垂直アクチュエータの各々が、自身の地面接触部分(24,54,84,94,104)を有する、
請求項10に記載の輸送装置。 - 前記中央歩行エレメント(80)は前記アクチュエータと前記地面接触部との間に、前後移動方向のローリング軸を備えたロック可能なヒンジ(118)を有する請求項1ないし11の何れか一項に記載の輸送装置。
- 請求項1に記載の輸送装置を、障害物を乗り越えるように制御する方法であって、
a.少なくとも1つの歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)を、該歩行エレメントを前方及び/又は後方に移動させるために水平に移動させるステップと、
b.少なくとも1つの歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)を、該歩行エレメントを障害物上に移動させるために更に上方及び/又は下方に移動させるステップと、
c.前記輸送装置(1)及び荷の地面に対する重心の投影(150)を荷重の掛かった前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)の下又は間に維持するために、前記荷運搬体(10)を前記歩行エレメント(20,50,80,90,100)から独立に水平に移動させるステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記輸送装置(1)が障害物上を通過する各フェーズにおいて地面の2つの高さレベルにのみ接触するか、又は前記輸送装置(1)が障害物上を通過する何れのフェーズにおいても地面の3以上の高さレベルに接触する請求項13に記載の輸送装置を制御する方法。
- 請求項1ないし12の何れか一項に記載の輸送装置(1)と、人昇降/固定構造体とを有する身体障害者用輸送装置(2)であって、前記人昇降/固定構造体が、
a.前記荷運搬体(10)に回動可能に接続された回動アーム(210)と、
b.前記荷運搬体(10)に接続されたハンドグリップ装置(220)と、
c.前記回動アーム(210)の上端における胴部支持具(230)と、
を有する身体障害者用輸送装置。 - 着座した人による使用の間において腰の高さより上に延びる前記輸送装置(2)の全てのエレメントは、腰の高さ又は腰の高さ以下に下降させることができる請求項15に記載の輸送装置(2)。
- 請求項1ないし12の何れか一項に記載の輸送装置(1)であって、該輸送装置(1)は身体障害者用の屋内装置(300)のためのデッキとして働くと共に該屋内装置(300)を有し、前記屋内装置(300)は前記荷運搬体(10)に接続される一方、該荷運搬体(10)から分離可能であり、前記屋内装置(300)は該屋内装置(300)及び前記輸送装置(1)を操縦するための車輪(370)及び少なくとも1つのモータ、並びに回動アーム(310)を有し、前記屋内装置(300)は身体障害者が立位及び座位で動き回ることを可能にする輸送装置(1)。
