Claims (5)
- 一対の繊維強化樹脂板の間に中間層が配設されると共に、前記中間層の外周端面の少なくとも一部を前記一対の繊維強化樹脂板の外周端面よりも内側に0.5mm〜2mmオフセットさせた中間層後退部を設けた積層板を形成した後、
前記中間層後退部を含む前記積層板の外周端面に樹脂材料を射出成形して接合することで、前記積層板の外周端面の少なくとも一部に樹脂製のフレーム部を接合した筐体用部材を形成することを特徴とする筐体用部材の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の筐体用部材の製造方法において、
前記一対の繊維強化樹脂板の間に配設された前記中間層の外周端面の少なくとも一部を機械加工によって切除することにより、前記中間層後退部を形成することを特徴とする筐体用部材の製造方法。 - 一対の繊維強化樹脂板の間に中間層が配設されると共に、前記中間層の外周端面の少なくとも一部が前記一対の繊維強化樹脂板の外周端面よりも内側に0.5mm〜2mmオフセットした中間層後退部を備えることを特徴とする積層板。
- 請求項3に記載の積層板と、該積層板の前記中間層後退部を含む外周端面の少なくとも一部に接合され、樹脂材料が前記中間層後退部から前記中間層まで入りこんだ樹脂製のフレーム部と、を備えることを特徴とする筐体用部材。
- 請求項4に記載の筐体用部材を用いた筐体を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
