Claims (15)
- 液状の医療用製剤の固定用量を計量および放出するための注入装置であって、
ねじ山付きロッド(3)であって、前記ねじ山が歯を備えるねじ山付きロッド(3)と、
前記ねじ山付きロッド(3)の前記歯に係合可能な係合部材(2a)を備える回転スリーブ(2;20)と、
前記ねじ山付きロッド(3)の前記歯に係合可能な係合部材(1a)を備えるガイドスリーブ(1)と、
前記回転スリーブ(2;20)に対して、および、前記ガイドスリーブ(1;10)に対して、軸線方向に移動可能に配置された計量スリーブ(4;40)と
を備え、
前記計量スリーブ(4;40)は、ねじ係合部(4b,2b)によって、前記回転スリーブ(2;20)と係合し、
前記計量スリーブ(4;40)は、回転不能に配置されるとともに、前記回転スリーブ(2;20)と前記ガイドスリーブ(1;10)との間に部分的に配置される
注入装置。 - 請求項1に記載の注入装置であって、
前記ねじ山付きロッド(3)は、ねじ係合部(3b,1g)によって、前記ガイドスリーブ、または、前記注入装置のケーシングと係合する
注入装置。 - 請求項2に記載の注入装置であって、
前記ガイドスリーブまたは前記ケーシングと前記ねじ山付きロッドとの間の前記ねじ係合部のねじ山ピッチと、前記計量スリーブと前記回転スリーブとの間の前記ねじ係合部のねじ山ピッチと、は異なっている
注入装置。 - 請求項3に記載の注入装置であって、
前記計量スリーブと前記回転スリーブとの間の前記ねじ係合部の前記ねじ山ピッチは、前記ガイドスリーブまたは前記ケーシングと前記ねじ山付きロッドとの間の前記ねじ係合部のねじ山ピッチよりも大きい
注入装置。 - 請求項3に記載の注入装置であって、
前記ガイドスリーブまたは前記ケーシングと前記ねじ山付きロッドとの間の前記ねじ係合部の前記ねじ山ピッチは、前記計量スリーブと前記回転スリーブとの間の前記ねじ係合部の前記ねじ山ピッチ以上である
注入装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置であって、
前記回転スリーブ(2;20)および前記ガイドスリーブ(1;10)は、互いに軸線方向に固定された状態で配置される

前記回転スリーブ(2)および前記ガイドスリーブ(1;10)は、互いに対して回転可能に配置される
注入装置。 - 請求項7に記載の注入装置であって、
前記回転スリーブ(2;20)と前記ガイドスリーブ(1;10)との間の回転運動は、前記回転スリーブ(2;20)と前記ガイドスリーブ(1;10)との間の当接によって制限される
注入装置。 - 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置であって、
前記回転スリーブ(2;20)および前記計量スリーブ(4;40)は、互いに対して回転可能に配置される
注入装置。 - 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置であって、
前記回転スリーブ(2;20)および前記ねじ山付きロッド(3)は、互いに対して回転可能に配置される
注入装置。 - 請求項10に記載の注入装置であって、
前記回転スリーブ(2;20)と前記ねじ山付きロッド(3)との間の回転運動は、前記回転スリーブ(2;20)と前記ねじ山付きロッド(3)との間の当接によって制限される
注入装置。 - 請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置であって、
前記計量スリーブ(4;40)は、前記液状の医療用製剤を計量するために前記注入装置から軸線方向に引出し可能であり、
前記計量スリーブ(4;40)は、前記液状の医療用製剤を投与するために前記注入装置内へ軸線方向に押込み可能である
注入装置。 - 請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置であって、
前記計量スリーブ(4;40)の軸線方向経路は、軸線方向ストッパおよび対向ストッパによって制限される
注入装置。 - 請求項1から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置であって、
前記回転スリーブ(2;20)の前記係合部材と、前記ガイドスリーブ(1;10)の前記係合部材とは、前記ねじ山付きロッド(3)の回転が1つの回転方向に許可されるとともに反対の回転方向に阻止されるように、前記ねじ山付きロッド(3)の前記歯と協働する
注入装置。 - 請求項1から請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の注入装置であって、
前記計量スリーブ(4;40)は、前記回転スリーブ(2;20)と前記ガイドスリーブ(1;10)との間に配置される
