Description
Claims (10)
- 連続的で層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴う、エネルギービーム発生装置(4)によって発生されるエネルギービーム(5)を用いて固化可能な構造材料(3)から成る構造材料層の固化とによる、三次元的な物体(2)を製造するための装置(1)であって、
−粉体収容空間(10)を含む粉体モジュール(11)を収容するための少なくとも1つの収容範囲(9)を有するフレーム構造(8)であって、前記粉体モジュール(11)が、前記粉体収容空間(10)を底部側で画定する、高さ調整可能に支持された支持要素(12)を含む、前記フレーム構造と、
−前記収容範囲(9)内へ移動された粉体モジュール(11)の前記支持要素(12)の高さ調整のために設置されている調整装置(13)と
を含み、該調整装置(13)が、動作位置において、前記粉体モジュール(11)の前記支持要素(12)の高さ調整のために設置されている少なくとも1つの、高さ調整可能な調整要素アセンブリ(14)を含んでいる、前記装置において、
昇降装置(18)が設けられており、該昇降装置(18)が少なくとも1つの昇降機構(19)を含んでおり、該昇降機構(19)が、前記粉体モジュール(11)を非動作位置から動作位置へ移動させる第1の部分ストロークを発生させるために設置された第1の昇降要素(20)と、前記調整要素アセンブリ(14)を非動作位置から動作位置へ移動させる第2の部分ストロークを発生させるために設置された第2の昇降要素(21)とを含んでおり、前記第1の昇降要素(20)が力伝達要素(22)を介して前記第2の昇降要素(21)に運動可能に結合されており、その結果、前記第1の昇降要素(20)により発生可能又は発生させられる前記第1の部分ストロークと、前記第2の昇降要素(21)により発生可能又は発生させられる前記第2の部分ストロークとが同期してなされることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1の昇降要素(20)により発生可能又は発生させられる前記第1の部分ストロークが、前記第2の昇降要素(21)により発生可能又は発生させられる前記第2の部分ストロークよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の昇降要素(20)が前記粉体モジュール(11)に結合可能であるか、又は結合されており、前記第2の昇降要素(21)が前記調整要素アセンブリ(14)に結合可能であるか、又は結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の昇降要素(20)が2つの端位置の間で移動可能に支持されており、前記第1の昇降要素(20)の第1の端位置が前記粉体モジュール(11)の動作位置に割り当てられており、前記第1の昇降要素(20)の第2の端位置が前記粉体モジュール(11)の非動作位置に割り当てられており、前記第2の昇降要素(21)が2つの端位置の間で移動可能に支持されており、前記第2の昇降要素(21)の第1の端位置が前記調整要素アセンブリ(14)の動作位置に割り当てられており、前記第2の昇降要素(21)の第2の端位置が前記調整要素アセンブリ(14)の非動作位置に割り当てられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の昇降要素(20)が、所定の長さの特に曲線状の運動軌道(24)を規定する制御面(25)を有する、特にディスク状の、回転軸線(A)周りに回転可能に支持された制御要素(23)として形成されているか、又はこのようなものを含んでおり、前記第1の昇降要素(20)の前記端位置が前記運動軌道(24)の各端部によって規定されており、前記第2の昇降要素(21)が、所定の長さの特に曲線状の運動軌道(27)を規定する制御面(28)を有する、特にディスク状の、回転軸線(B)周りに回転可能に支持された制御要素(26)として形成されているか、又はこのようなものを含んでおり、前記第2の昇降要素(21)の前記端位置が前記運動軌道(27)の各端部によって規定されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の昇降要素(20)の前記制御要素(23)が、前記制御面(24)に沿って移動可能に支持された調整要素(29)を介して前記粉体モジュール(11)に結合可能であるか、又は結合されており、前記第2の昇降要素(21)の前記制御要素(26)が、前記制御面(27)に沿って移動可能に支持された調整要素(32)を介して前記調整要素アセンブリ(14)に結合可能であるか、又は結合されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの昇降機構(19)に割り当てられた、前記各部分ストロークを実現する昇降力を発生させるために設置された昇降駆動装置(35)が設けられており、該昇降駆動装置(35)に属する昇降駆動要素(36)が前記力伝達要素(22)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記昇降装置(18)が複数の昇降機構(19)を含んでおり、側方で隣り合って配置された昇降機構(19)の第1の対が、前記収容装置(9)を側方で画定する第1のフレーム構造要素(38)、特に前記フレーム構造(8)の第1の壁部において配置又は形成されており、側方で隣り合って配置された昇降機構(19)の第2の対が、前記収容装置(9)を側方で画定する第2のフレーム構造要素、特に前記フレーム構造(8)の第2の壁部において配置又は形成されており、前記第1のフレーム構造要素(38)が前記第2のフレーム構造要素に対向するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 側方で隣り合って配置された昇降機構(19)の前記第1の対に、請求項7に記載の1つの共通の昇降駆動装置(35)が割り当てられており、該昇降駆動装置(35)に属する前記昇降駆動要素(36)が、前記第1の対の、第1の昇降機構(19)の前記力伝達要素(22)にも、また第2の昇降機構(19)の前記力伝達要素(22)にも結合されており、側方で隣り合って配置された昇降機構(19)の前記第2の対に、請求項7に記載の1つの共通の昇降駆動装置(35)が割り当てられており、該昇降駆動装置(35)に属する前記昇降駆動要素(36)が、前記第2の対の、第1の昇降機構(19)の前記力伝達要素(22)にも、また第2の昇降機構(19)の前記力伝達要素(22)にも結合されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 側方で隣り合って配置された昇降機構(19)の前記第1及び第2の対の、互いに対向する第2の昇降要素(21)が、これを結合する、特にロッド状の結合要素を介して運動可能に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
