Claims (7)
- 同じ大きさの二つ以上の極板と、前記極板の一面及び対向面と電極タップ非形成部位である極板の側面を覆っている一単位のシート状の分離フィルムとを含み、前記極板は、前記分離フィルムを挟んで、互いに反対の極性を有する極板が対面するように平面を基準として高さ方向に沿って積層されているスタック/フォールディング型電極組立体と、
分離板を挟んで、互いに反対の極性を有する極板が平面を基準として高さ方向に沿って積層されている積層型電極組立体と、を備え、
前記積層型電極組立体が、前記分離フィルムを挟んで前記スタック/フォールディング型電極組立体上に積層され、
前記分離フィルムを挟んで積層される前記スタック/フォールディング型電極組立体の極板と前記積層型電極組立体の極板との全長及び/または全幅が互いに異なり、前記全長及び/または全幅が互いに異なる極板を含む積層構造が、幅及び高さがある階段構造を形成し、
前記階段構造は、電極タップ非形成部位に形成されており、
前記分離フィルムは、前記階段構造が形成される電極タップ非形成部位であるスタック/フォールディング型電極組立体の側面に密着しており、
前記分離板または分離フィルムを挟んで隣接している極板のうち、相対的に大きさが大きい極板は負極板であり、
前記積層型電極組立体は、正極板、分離板及び負極板が積層された電極群の組み合わせであり、
前記電極群の外周面の一部または全部を包みながら正極板、分離板及び負極板の積層構造を維持する固定部材が設けられていることを特徴とする、複合電極組立体。 - 積層された極板のうち、最下段に積層されている極板は、分離板または分離フィルムを挟んで負極板と対面する一面にのみ正極スラリーが塗布されている正極板であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合電極組立体。
- 前記スタック/フォールディング型電極組立体が、前記同じ大きさの二つ以上の極板とは全長及び/または全幅が互いに異なる同じ大きさの二つ以上の極板を含み、
前記同じ大きさの二つ以上の極板と、前記同じ大きさの二つ以上の極板とは全長及び/または全幅が互いに異なる同じ大きさの二つ以上の極板とを含む積層構造が、幅及び高さがある階段構造を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合電極組立体。 - 前記幅及び/または段の高さは、複合電極組立体を内蔵した電池セルが装着されるデバイスの曲率に応じて変化することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の複合電極組立体。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の複合電極組立体が、電池ケース内に内蔵されて電解質で含浸され、密封された構造からなる、リチウム二次電池。
- 前記複合電極組立体のそれぞれの電極タップのそれぞれに電極リードが結合されて電極端子が形成されている構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極タップのそれぞれは、全幅、全長、全高のうち一つ以上が互いに異なるか、または、全幅、全長、全高が全て同一であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のリチウム二次電池。
