Claims (8)
- 円環状のワークを外径側からチャックするチャック構造であって、
周方向に沿って所定ピッチで機構中心軸対称に配設される板バネ部材と、この板バネ部材の先端部に付設されるチャック爪部材と、前記板バネ部材に対して内径方向の押圧力を付与して前記チャック爪部材を前記ワークの外径面に対して弾性的に押し付ける押圧力付与機構とを備えたことを特徴とするチャック構造。 - 前記板バネ部材は、先端側が外径方向に開くように傾斜状に配設され、前記押圧力付与機構は、板バネ部材の外径側に接触する押圧部材を備え、この押圧部材の上下動にて前記チャック爪部材が縮拡することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチャック構造。
- 前記押圧部材は各板バネ部材に対応して複数個備え、各押圧部材の上下動が同期することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のチャック構造。
- 前記板バネ部材を保持する第1の昇降軸と、前記押圧部材を保持する第2の昇降軸と、各昇降軸を独立に昇降させる昇降機構とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のチャック構造。
- ワークの位置決め基準面を構成するバッキングプレートを備え、各板バネ部材のワークチャック状態で、前記第1の昇降軸と第2の昇降軸との同時の前記バッキングプレートへの相対的移動によって、ワークの下端面の前記バッキングプレートへの押圧が可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のチャック構造。
- 工作機械における回転軸へのワークをチャックに用いることを特徴とする前記請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のチャック構造。
- 前記工作機械が研削盤であることを特徴とする前記請求項6に記載のチャック構造。
- 円環状のワークを内径側からチャックするチャック構造であって、
周方向に沿って所定ピッチで機構中心軸対称に配設される板バネ部材と、この板バネ部材の先端部に付設されるチャック爪部材と、前記板バネ部材に対して外径方向の押圧力を付与して前記チャック爪部材を前記ワークの内径面に対して弾性的に押し付ける押圧力付与機構とを備えたことを特徴とするチャック構造。
