Description
本発明は、水蒸気分解により少なくとも部分的に得られた炭化水素混合物を分離するための既知の方法から出発する。上述のように、この種の炭化水素混合物は、分解ガスまたは粗ガスと呼ばれ、1つ以上の処理ステップに供される。炭化水素混合物は、エタンおよびエチレンを含む、1つ、2つおよび3つの炭素原子を有する炭化水素を少なくとも含む。上述のように、この種の分解ガス中のエタンの量は、無視できない量のエタンを含有する新鮮な装入材料が使用される場合、水蒸気分解中に増加する。
図1Aは、先行技術による、水蒸気分解およびその後の得られた分解ガスの留分への分離によって、炭化水素生成物を生成するための方法のシーケンスを、概略的なストリームチャートの形態で示している。
Claims (7)
- 水蒸気分解(10)により少なくとも部分的に得られた、エタンおよびエチレンを含む1つ、2つおよび3つの炭素原子を有する炭化水素を少なくとも含有する炭化水素混合物(参照数字C)を分離するための方法であり、第1の留分(参照数字C2−)が、少なくとも部分的に他の成分を分離することにより前記炭化水素混合物(C)から最初に得られ、前記留分が、前記炭化水素混合物(C)中にすでに含有されていた2つ以下の炭素原子を有する炭化水素の少なくとも50%を含有し、その後にさらなる留分(参照数字C1、C2、C2H4、C2H6)が前記第1の留分(C2−)から得られる、方法であって、
前記さらなる留分(C1、C2、C2H4、C2H6)が、リサイクルストリームとして水蒸気分解にリサイクルされるエタン(参照数字C2H6)を含み、エタンを含有する留分(参照数字S)が、前記炭化水素混合物(C)または前記第1の留分(C2−)からの前記他の成分の前記少なくとも部分的な分離と並行して、またはその下流側で、前記さらなる留分(C1、C2、C2H4、C2H6)を得る前に、前記第1の留分(C2−)中のエタン含量を25%未満に低減する量でさらに分離され、エタンを含有する前記留分(S)が、最大10モルパーセントの2つの炭素原子を有する他の炭化水素を含有することを特徴とする方法。 - 水蒸気分解(10)により少なくとも部分的に得られた、エタンおよびエチレンを含む1つ、2つおよび3つの炭素原子を有する炭化水素を少なくとも含有する炭化水素混合物(参照数字C)を分離するための方法であり、第1の留分(参照数字C2+)が、少なくとも部分的に他の成分を分離することにより前記炭化水素混合物(C)から最初に得られ、前記留分が、前記炭化水素混合物(C)中にすでに含有されていた2つ以上の炭素原子を有する炭化水素の少なくとも50%を含有し、その後にさらなる留分(参照数字C2、C2H4、C3+、C2H6)が前記第1の留分(C2+)から得られる、方法であって、
前記さらなる留分(C2、C2H4、C3+、C2H6)が、リサイクルストリームとして水蒸気分解にリサイクルされるエタン(参照数字C2H6)を含み、エタンを含有する留分(参照数字R)が、前記炭化水素混合物(C)からの前記他の成分の前記少なくとも部分的な分離と並行して、またはその下流側で、前記さらなる留分(C2、C2H4、C3+、C2H6)を得る前に、前記第1の留分(C2+)中のエタン含量を25%未満に低減する量でさらに分離され、エタンを含有する前記留分(R)が、最大10モルパーセントの2つの炭素原子を有する他の炭化水素を含有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法であって、エタンを含有する前記留分(R、S)を分離することにより、前記第1の留分(C2+、C2−)中の前記エタン含量が、20%未満、17%未満、15%未満、13%未満、または10%未満のエタン含量まで低減されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、エタンを含有する前記留分が、1.5%未満、1.0%未満、5000ppm未満、4000ppm未満または3000ppm未満のエチレンを含有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記炭化水素混合物(C)から前記第1の留分(C2+)を得るために、前記炭化水素混合物(C)中にすでに含有されていた2つ以上の炭素原子を有する炭化水素の少なくとも50%を前記第1の留分(C2)が含有するように、前記炭化水素混合物(C)中にすでに含有されていたメタンおよび水素の少なくとも50%を含有する留分(C1−)が分離されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記炭化水素混合物(C)から前記第1の留分(C2−)を得るために、前記炭化水素混合物(C)中にすでに含有されていた2つ以下の炭素原子を有する炭化水素の少なくとも50%を前記第1の留分(C2)が含有するように、前記炭化水素混合物(C)中にすでに含有されていた3つ以上の炭素原子を有する炭化水素の少なくとも50%を含有する留分(C3+)が分離されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記炭化水素混合物(C)またはそれから誘導された留分(C2+)が、水素化プロセスに供されることを特徴とする方法。
