Description
Claims (16)
- 手術器具における第1の管状部材を第2の管状部材の上で長手方向に移動させるためのハンドルであって、
ハンドル本体と、
外壁を有し、スリーブが前記外壁の内側に配置され、前記スリーブと前記外壁との間に制御チャネルを画定するノーズコーンであり、延長位置と後退位置との間で前記ハンドル本体の上を移動可能な、ノーズコーンと、
前記ノーズコーンを前記延長位置及び前記後退位置に選択的に固定するためのロック位置及びロック解除位置を有するロック機構と、
前記ノーズコーンの前記制御チャネル内に位置決めされるフィンガを含む後退制御部であり、前記ロック機構を前記ロック位置と前記ロック解除位置との間で遷移させるための及び前記ノーズコーンを前記延長位置と前記後退位置との間で動かすための前記ノーズコーンに対する第1の位置及び第2の位置を有する後退制御部と、
を備えるハンドル。 - 前記ノーズコーンが前記延長位置にあり、かつ、前記後退制御部が前記第1の位置にあるときに、前記ロック機構が、前記ノーズコーンを前記延長位置に固定するべく前記ロック位置にある、請求項1に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ノーズコーンが前記延長位置にあり、かつ、前記後退制御部が前記第2の位置にあるときに、前記ロック機構が、前記ノーズコーンが前記ハンドル本体に対して移動可能であるように前記ロック解除位置にある、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ノーズコーンが前記後退位置に到達するときに、前記ロック機構が、前記ノーズコーンを前記後退位置に固定するべく前記ロック位置に遷移する、請求項3に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ノーズコーンが前記後退位置にあり、かつ、前記後退制御部が前記第2の位置にあるときに、前記ロック機構が、前記ノーズコーンを前記延長位置に固定するべく前記ロック位置にある、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ノーズコーンが前記後退位置にあり、かつ、前記後退制御部が前記第1の位置にあるときに、前記ロック機構が、前記ノーズコーンが前記ハンドル本体に対して移動可能であるように前記ロック解除位置にある、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ノーズコーンが前記延長位置に到達するときに、前記ロック機構が、前記ノーズコーンを前記延長位置に固定するべく前記ロック位置に遷移する、請求項6に記載のハンドル。
- 前記後退制御部の前記第2の位置が、前記後退制御部の前記第1の位置に対して近位である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ロック機構が、前記ハンドル本体に画定されるスロット内に配置される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ロック機構が、保持プレートを有するロックピンを含み、前記ロックピンが、前記保持プレートが前記ロックピンを前記スロット内に保持するように、前記ハンドル本体に画定される前記スロットの外に付勢される、請求項9に記載のハンドル。
- 前記ノーズコーンのスリーブが第1の開口部及び第2の開口部を画定し、前記ノーズコーンが前記延長位置にあり、かつ、前記ロックピンが前記ロック位置にあるときに、前記ロックピンが前記第1の開口部内に配置され、前記ノーズコーンが前記後退位置にあり、かつ、前記ロックピンが前記ロック位置にあるときに、前記ロックピンが前記第2の開口部内に配置される、請求項10に記載のハンドル。
- 手術システムであって、
近位端及び遠位端を有する延長される作業チャネルと、
通し通路を画定するハンドルであり、
前記通し通路の近位部を画定するハウジング本体と、
前記延長される作業チャネルの前記近位端に結合され、外壁を有し、スリーブが前記外壁の内側に配置され、前記スリーブと前記外壁との間に制御チャネルを画定するノーズコーンであり、前記延長される作業チャネルと連通する前記通し通路の遠位部を画定し、延長位置と後退位置との間で前記ハウジング本体の上を長手方向に移動可能な、ノーズコーンと、
前記ノーズコーンを前記延長位置及び前記後退位置に選択的に固定するためのロック位置及びロック解除位置を有するロック機構と、
を含むハンドルと、
前記ノーズコーンの前記制御チャネル内に位置決めされるフィンガを含む後退制御部であり、前記ロック機構を前記ロック位置と前記ロック解除位置との間で遷移させるための及び前記ノーズコーンを前記延長位置と前記後退位置との間で動かすための前記ノーズコーンに対する第1の位置及び第2の位置を有する後退制御部と、
前記ハンドルの前記通し通路内に配置されるカテーテル組立体であり、
前記通し通路の近位部に位置決めされるカテーテルハブと、
前記カテーテルハブから前記ハンドルのノーズコーンを通して、かつ、前記延長される作業チャネルを通して延びるアブレーションプローブであり、前記ハンドルが前記延長位置にあるときに前記延長される作業チャネル内に配置され、かつ、前記ハンドルが前記後退位置にあるときに前記延長される作業チャネルの前記遠位端の遠位に位置する遠位端を有する、アブレーションプローブと、
を含むカテーテル組立体と、
を備える手術システム。 - 前記カテーテルハブが冷却液チューブとアンテナをアブレーションプローブに組み込む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルハブが、前記カテーテルハブの外面の上に位置決めされる調整ナットを含み、前記ハウジング本体が、前記アブレーションプローブを前記ハウジング本体に長手方向に固定するために前記調整ナットを受け入れるためのナット凹部を画定する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記調整ナットが、前記ハウジング本体に対する前記アブレーションプローブの長さの微調整を可能にするために前記カテーテルハブの外面上のねじ部と協働するようにねじ込まれる、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記アブレーションプローブの遠位端が、前記ノーズコーンが前記延長位置にあるときに前記延長される作業チャネルの前記遠位端内に位置し、前記アブレーションプローブの前記遠位端が、前記ノーズコーンが前記後退位置にあるときに前記延長される作業チャネルの前記遠位端の遠位に位置する、請求項13又は請求項15に記載のシステム。
