Description
まず、図1〜図3を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態による接合構造体100について説明する。
次に、図1〜図5を参照して、第1実施形態による接合構造体100の製造方法について説明する。
第1実施形態では、上記のように、金属部材1の突部12を接合領域Rとしてその接合領域Rに穿孔部14を形成し、金属部材1の表面11から樹脂部材2を離間させた状態で接合領域Rに樹脂部材2を加圧接触させ、樹脂部材2を溶融させて穿孔部14に充填して固化させる。このように構成することによって、金属部材および樹脂部材が平坦でありそれらが全面的に接触する場合に比べて、加圧部材5から樹脂部材2に加わる力が接触面において分散されるのを抑制することができる。すなわち、加圧部材5から樹脂部材2に加わる力を、接合領域R(金属部材1および樹脂部材2の接触面)に集中させることができる。これにより、加圧部材5から樹脂部材2に加わる力が大きくなるのを抑制しながら、接合領域R(接触面)に効率的に加圧力を作用させることができる。したがって、樹脂部材2に熱変形ひずみが生じるのを抑制しながら、樹脂部材2の穿孔部14への充填率の向上を図ることができる。その結果、接合構造体100の接合強度の向上を図るとともに、熱サイクル環境下における耐久性の向上を図ることができる。
次に、図6および図7を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態による接合構造体100aについて説明する。
次に、図8および図9を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態による接合構造体100bについて説明する。
次に、図10および図11を参照して、本発明の第4実施形態による接合構造体100cについて説明する。
次に、図12および図13を参照して、本発明の第5実施形態による接合構造体100dについて説明する。

まず、実施例1による接合構造体の作製方法について説明する。

なお、周波数は、複数(この例では20)のサブパルスによって構成されるパルスの周波数である。つまり、この照射条件では、1秒間に650mm移動しながら65μmの間隔で1万回レーザ光(パルス)を照射し、そのパルスが20のサブパルスによって構成されている。なお、走査回数は、レーザ光が同じ箇所に繰り返し照射される回数である。

このようにして、実施例1の接合構造体を作製した。
そして、実施例1〜7の接合構造体および比較例の接合構造体についての接合評価を行い、その結果を表1に示した。
不合格(×):「熱衝撃試験後の接合強度」/「熱衝撃試験前の接合強度」<90%
上記した表1に示すように、実施例1〜7の接合構造体では、樹脂充填率が90%を上回っていたのに対し、比較例の接合構造体では、樹脂充填率が80%を下回っていた。これは、実施例1〜7の接合構造体では、金属部材および樹脂部材の少なくとも一方に突部を設けることにより、レーザ接合時の加圧力を接合領域を含む接触面に集中させることができたためであると考えられる。
次に、接合用のレーザ光の走査回数と樹脂充填率との関係を確認するために行った実験例2について説明する。
なお、今回開示した実施形態は、すべての点で例示であって、限定的な解釈の根拠となるものではない。したがって、本発明の技術的範囲は、上記した実施形態のみによって解釈されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲の記載に基づいて画定される。また、本発明の技術的範囲には、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれる。

Claims (14)
- 金属部材および樹脂部材が接合された接合構造体の製造方法であって、
前記金属部材の表面に突部が設けられており、前記突部の接合領域に開口を有する穿孔部を形成する工程と、
前記金属部材の表面に対して前記樹脂部材を離間させた状態で、前記金属部材の突部の接合領域に前記樹脂部材を加圧接触させる工程と、
前記金属部材の接合領域に接触する前記樹脂部材を溶融させ、その溶融された前記樹脂部材を前記穿孔部に充填した後に固化させる工程とを備え、
前記穿孔部は、平面的に見て円形に形成され、
前記金属部材および前記樹脂部材が接合された状態では、前記金属部材の突部が前記樹脂部材に接触されるとともに、前記金属部材の突部以外の部分が前記樹脂部材と離間されていることを特徴とする接合構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の接合構造体の製造方法において、
