Description
まず、本実施の形態のドア開閉装置を車両に設置した場合の設置例を説明する。本実施の形態のドア開閉装置は、四輪自動車等の車両において車両本体の後端開口に設けた上方ヒンジのバックドアを開閉するためのものである。図1、2は、本実施の形態のドア開閉装置をバックドアの開閉に用いる場合の設置例を示す模式図である。図1はバックドアが閉の状態、図2はバックドアが開の状態を表す。また、図1(a)、図2(a)は、車両後方の全体図を表し、図1(b)、図2(b)は、それぞれ図1(a)、図2(a)の部分拡大図である。

Claims (2)
- ドアとの間を連係するアームを備え、
モータと、前記モータの軸心延長上に配設され、減速機構を介して前記モータの動力が伝達される出力軸と、を備え、
前記モータの駆動により前記出力軸を介してドアを開閉するドア開閉装置であって、
前記モータと前記減速機構と前記アームの基端部をアームスペーサを介して前記出力軸にボルトで螺合して固定したものとを組み合わせたときの重心位置と、前記出力軸の軸心との偏心距離を、前記出力軸の直径の2/10よりも小さく設定したことを特徴とするドア開閉装置。 - 前記減速機構は、
前記モータの動力を順次減速して前記出力軸を回転する第1の遊星歯車機構、第2の遊星歯車機構および第3の遊星歯車機構を備え、
前記モータと前記第1の遊星歯車機構とを組み合わせたときの重心位置と、前記出力軸の軸心との偏心距離を、前記出力軸の直径の1/10より小さく設定し、
かつ、
前記第2の遊星歯車機構と前記第3の遊星歯車機構とを組み合わせたときの重心位置と、前記出力軸の軸心との偏心距離を、前記出力軸の直径の1/10より小さく設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドア開閉装置。
