を備えている。
− ボリュームホログラムを生成するためのホログラフィック層と、
− 上記ホログラフィック層に重畳された、異なる色の複数の着色領域を備えている可変色度層と、これらの着色領域の少なくとも1つ、及び好ましくはこれらの着色領域全てが透明であり、及び
− 好ましくは、上記ホログラフィック層と上記着色領域とに少なくとも部分的に重畳された可変不透明度構造と
を備えている。
Claims (24)
- アイテムに組み込まれるセキュリティ要素(20)であって、
− ボリュームホログラムを生成するためのホログラフィック層(21)であって、前記ボリュームホログラムは、感応性の層の厚み内に記録された、干渉縞平面のネットワーク又は干渉ネットワークを形成することによる光の反射又は透過によって生成されるホログラムである、前記ホログラフィック層(21)と、
− a)一方で、1つ又は複数の切抜き及び/又は少なくとも部分的に半透明の領域(25b)並びに他方で、1つ又は複数の少なくとも部分的に不透明の領域(25a)、及び/又は
b)配向されたプレートレット顔料(60)、
の存在により生成される非ホログラフィック可変不透明度構造(25)と
を備えており、前記非ホログラフィック可変不透明度構造(25)は、透過光にて観察可能な前記セキュリティ要素の領域にて、前記ホログラムに少なくとも部分的に重畳されている、前記セキュリティ要素(20)。 - 前記ホログラムは、無地の色により記録されており、又は、前記ホログラムは、少なくとも2つの色により記録される、請求項1に記載の要素。
- 前記非ホログラフィック可変不透明度構造(25)は、金属化物を備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の要素。
- 前記非ホログラフィック可変不透明度構造(25)は、印刷物を備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記非ホログラフィック可変不透明度構造(25)は、少なくとも部分的に不透明の層において作られた切抜きを備えている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記ホログラムは、0.7よりも低い光学密度に対応する昼光における半透明性を持つ1つ又は複数の層を通して直接又は間接的に、前記要素の一方側又は他方側にて少なくとも部分的に可視である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記ホログラム及び/又は前記非ホログラフィック可変不透明度構造(25)に少なくとも部分的に重畳された、0.7よりも低い光学密度に対応する昼光における半透明性を持つ着色層(23)を備えている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記着色層は、印刷により着色され、及び/又は全体的に着色されている、請求項7に記載の要素。
- 少なくとも部分的に第1のホログラム(21c)に重畳された第2のボリュームホログラムを生成するための第2のホログラフィック層(21d)を備えており、前記第2のボリュームホログラムは、前記非ホログラフィック可変不透明度構造(25)の、0.7よりも低い光学密度に対応する昼光における半透明性を持つ少なくとも1つの領域に重畳されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 異なる第1及び第2のホログラムを備えている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記可変不透明度構造は、観察角度に応じた不透明度を提示する、配向されたプレートレット顔料(60)を備えている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 接着剤の層を備えている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- バッキング層(22)又は繊維質材料製の層を備えている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記ホログラムは、異なる色の2つの並置領域(21a,21b)を備えており、及び、前記要素は、ホログラムの着色領域に重畳された、異なる色の2つの並置着色領域(28a,28b)を備えている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記ホログラフィック層及び前記可変不透明度構造に少なくとも部分的に重畳された半反射フィルム(40)を備えている、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記ホログラムは、反射型で記録されている、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記ホログラムは、透過型で記録されている、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- セキュアードアイテム(10)であって、少なくともボリュームホログラム及び前記非ホログラフィック可変不透明度構造(25)の上記重畳の領域において、透過光及び反射において観察可能である、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のセキュリティ要素(20)を備えている、前記セキュアードアイテム。
- 前記セキュリティ要素は、文書窓(12)に重畳されている、請求項18に記載のアイテム。
- 前記窓は透視窓であり、及び、前記セキュリティ要素(20)は前記窓の一方側に配置されており、シールフィルム(30)が前記窓の反対側に配置されている、請求項19に記載のアイテム。
- 前記シールフィルムは、着色されている、請求項20に記載のアイテム。
- 請求項18〜21のいずれか一項に記載のアイテム(10)を認証する方法であって、反射及び/又は透過において、セキュリティ要素(20)を観察することを含む方法。
- 観察角度の傾斜が、セキュリティ要素(20)に対して変更され、前記セキュリティ要素に沿って、パターンの継続する出現が起こった際に、認証に関する情報が引き出される、請求項22に記載の認証方法。
- 観察者に相対的に前記非ホログラフィック可変不透明度構造(25)の後ろに位置する前記ホログラムにより観察が行われる、請求項22又は23に記載の方法。
