Claims (16)
- ガスタービンエンジン圧縮機ディスクにおいて、外側表面及び前記外側表面より圧縮機ディスクのショルダー部から離れた内側表面を有する環状構造を形成し、且つ新品時にオリジナル輪郭を定めるシールワイヤ溝を補修する方法であって、
前記溝のオリジナル輪郭の環状ではなくなった部分を取り除いて、前記内側表面及び外側表面の少なくとも一方の損傷部分を取り除き、これによって空隙部を形成するステップと、
金属溶射法により前記空隙部に新しい材料を付加するステップと、
前記新しい材料を成形して、前記溝の縁部分を含む前記外側表面および前記内側表面のうちの少なくとも一方の新しい輪郭を形成するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記新しい輪郭が、前記オリジナル輪郭と実質的に同じである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記新しい材料が、前記空隙部の体積を超えて付加される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップが、前記溝の周りの様々な環状位置で複数回繰り返される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記金属溶射法が、高速酸素燃料(HVOF)法である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記取り除くステップが、機械加工によって行われる、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記成形ステップが、機械加工によって行われる、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記溝の内側表面及び外側表面が、金属材料で形成される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記成形ステップが、輪郭形成機械加工ツールを使用して行われる、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記取り除くステップが、前記環状ではなくなった部分において少なくとも2つの端部を形成する、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記取り除くステップが、前記溝の3箇所の環状ではなくなった部分を取り除く、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記溝が、ほぼ矩形断面のシールワイヤを受け入れるように構成される、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記成形ステップの後に少なくとも1つのシールワイヤを設置する前記ステップを更に含む、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記空隙部が、局部的補修領域を定める、請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記成形ステップが、ワンパスで行われる、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ガスタービンエンジン圧縮機ディスクにおいて、外側表面及び前記外側表面より圧縮機ディスクのショルダー部から離れた内側表面を有する環状構造を形成し、且つ新品時にほぼ矩形断面のシールワイヤ受け入れるように構成されたオリジナル輪郭を定めるシールワイヤ溝を補修する方法であって、
機械加工により前記溝のオリジナル輪郭の環状ではなくなった部分を取り除いて、前記内側表面及び外側表面の少なくとも一方の損傷部分を取り除き、これによって局部補修領域を定める空隙部を形成するステップと、
高速酸素燃料(HVOF)法により前記空隙部に新しい材料を付加するステップと、
機械加工により前記新しい材料を成形して、前記オリジナル輪郭と実質的に同じである、前記溝の縁部分を含む前記外側表面および前記内側表面のうちの少なくとも一方の新しい輪郭を形成するステップと、
を含む、方法。
