Description
外輪と、
前記外輪の内側に同心状態に配置した内輪と、
前記外輪の内周面の全周に亘って形成した外輪側V溝と、
前記内輪の外周面の全周に亘って形成した内輪側V溝と、
前記外輪側V溝および前記内輪側V溝によって規定される4つの軌道面を備えた円環形状の軌道と、
前記軌道に装着されている摺動体と、
を有しており、
前記摺動体の外周面は、前記軌道面のそれぞれに対して摺動可能な状態で接触していることを特徴としている。
図1(a)、(b)は実施の形態1に係る滑り軸受けを示す半断面図および部分拡大断面図であり、図1(c)、(d)は、その摺動体の二例を示す斜視図である。
次に、図2(a)は実施の形態2に係る滑り軸受けを示す半断面図であり、図2(b)はその摺動体の斜視図である。
ここで、外輪2、32、内輪3、33の材質は、鋼、ステンレススチール、プラスチックなど、各種の材質とすることができる。滑り軸受け1、31に必要とされる圧縮強度、ヤング率、線膨張係数等の機械的性質に基づき、適切な材質を選択すればよい。
図3(a)は本発明を適用した滑り軸受けを備えたシルクハットタイプの波動歯車装置の一例を示す縦断面図であり、図3(b)はその端面図である。
Claims (4)
- 外輪と、
前記外輪の内側に同心状態に配置した内輪と、
前記外輪の内周面の全周に亘って形成した外輪側V溝と、
前記内輪の外周面の全周に亘って形成した内輪側V溝と、
前記外輪側V溝および前記内輪側V溝によって規定される4つの軌道面を備えた円環形状の軌道と、
前記軌道に装着されている摺動体と、
を有しており、
前記摺動体の外周面は、前記軌道面のそれぞれに対して摺動可能な状態で接触しており、
前記摺動体は、エンドレスコイルばねである滑り軸受け。 - 請求項1において、
前記外輪は、軸受け中心軸線の方向に分割可能な2つの分割外輪から構成されている滑り軸受け。 - 請求項1において、
前記エンドレスコイルばねは、円周方向に複数に分割して得られる複数本の円弧形状をしたコイルばねから構成されている滑り軸受け。 - 剛性内歯歯車と、
可撓性外歯歯車と、
前記可撓性外歯歯車を非円形に撓めて前記剛性内歯歯車に対して部分的にかみ合わせると共に、両歯車のかみ合い位置を円周方向に移動させる波動発生器と、
前記剛性内歯歯車および前記可撓性外歯歯車を相対回転自在の状態に支持している支持軸受けと、
を有しており、
前記支持軸受けは、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受けである波動歯車装置。
