Claims (15)
- 処理ユニットと、
患者を受けるためのテーブルと、
X線源及びX線検出器を有するX線画像収集装置と、
前記テーブル上に位置される患者の光学画像を収集し、前記光学画像データを前記処理ユニットに供給するための少なくとも一つの光学カメラと
を有する、介入X線システムであって、
前記処理ユニットは、三次元モデルから患者のアウトラインをセグメント化し、
前記患者の光学的アウトラインを決定するために前記少なくとも一つのカメラからの収集画像を受信し、
前記光学的アウトラインを前記セグメンテーションにおいて得られる前記アウトラインにレジストレーションし、
実行される回転X線スキャンのアイソセンタに前記三次元モデルにおける関心解剖学的構造をアラインするために前記テーブルの必要な動きを表す並進ベクトルを決定する
ように構成される、介入X線システム。 - 前記少なくとも一つのカメラは、ガントリに取り付けられ、異なる視認方向をもたらすために前記テーブルのまわりで前記カメラを動かすように構成される、請求項1に記載の介入X線システム。
- 前記X線画像収集装置はC-アームシステムであり、
前記少なくとも一つのカメラは前記X線画像収集装置のフレームに取り付けられる、
請求項1に記載の介入X線システム。 - 前記少なくとも一つの光学カメラは、第一のカメラ及び第二のカメラを有し、
前記第一のカメラ及び前記第二のカメラは、それらの光軸が互いに角度をなすように前記テーブルに対して固定位置でガントリ上に取り付けられる、

- 前記三次元モデルは前記患者の前記光学的アウトラインに適応される通常の患者モデルである、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の介入X線システム。
- 前記処理ユニットは、関心器官の解剖学的構造の中心及び更なる関心点、特に前記患者の身体上の針入口点の間の点である、解剖学的構造の実効中心を生成するように構成される、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の介入X線システム。
- 衝突回避システムを有し、前記処理ユニットは、前記テーブル上において前記患者との衝突を回避するように前記X線検出器及び前記アイソセンタの間の距離を最短化するように構成される、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の介入X線システム。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記三次元モデルでもたらされる前記関心解剖学的構造の中心を、前記関心解剖学的構造をアラインするために実行される前記回転X線スキャンの前記アイソセンタに一致させるように構成される、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の介入X線システム。
- 介入X線システムによって検査されるべきテーブル上に横になる患者をアイソセンタリングするための方法であって、
患者の三次元モデルを処理ユニットに供給するステップと、
前記患者の少なくとも一つのカメラから複数の光学画像を収集するステップと、
前記患者のセグメント化アウトラインを決定するために前記モデルをセグメント化するステップと、
前記光学画像から前記患者の光学的アウトラインを決定するステップと、
前記セグメント化アウトラインに前記光学的アウトラインをレジストレーションするステップと、
実行されるべき回転X線スキャンのアイソセンタに前記三次元モデルで関心解剖学的構造をアラインするために必要とされる動きベクトルを決定するステップと
を有する、方法。 - 前記患者の前記光学的アウトラインを得るために前記光学画像の深度マップを得るステップを更に有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- X線画像収集装置を用いて検査されるべき関心対象物をアイソセンタリングするための処理ユニットであって、前記処理ユニットは、
前記関心対象物の三次元モデルを記憶するためのメモリ
を有し、
前記処理ユニットは、前記三次元モデルから患者のアウトラインをセグメント化し、異なる視認方向から収集される複数の光学画像から前記患者の光学的アウトラインを決定するように構成され、
前記処理ユニットは、前記光学的アウトラインを前記セグメンテーションにおいて得られる前記アウトラインにレジストレーションし、前記三次元モデルでもたらされる関心解剖学的構造の中心を、実行される回転X線スキャンのアイソセンタに一致させるために必要な動きを表す並進ベクトルを決定するように構成される、
処理ユニット。 - 処理ユニットによって実行されるとき、前記処理ユニットに請求項11又は12に記載の方法を実行させる、介入X線システムで検査されるべき関心対象物をアイソセンタリングするためのコンピュータープログラムが保存される、コンピュータ読取り可能な媒体。
