Claims (9)
- 絶縁性材料により形成され、かつ2つの開口端部を有する外殻と、
前記外殻内に収容された、複数の同軸ループ状に連続的に巻かれた単一のワイヤにより形成され、所定の閾値を超える電流が前記ワイヤに流れることに応じて破断されるように構成された螺旋体と、
前記螺旋体と一体的に形成され前記螺旋体の両側から延びる2つの端子部と、
前記外殻の前記2つの開口端部のそれぞれに嵌合される2つの末端部品と、
を備え、前記端子部のそれぞれは前記末端部品を通って前記末端部品の外へ延び、電動モータへ直接接続されることを特徴とする電動モータ用フューズ部品。 - 複数の同軸ループ状のワイヤが、ほぼ円形の断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフューズ部品。
- 前記螺旋体が、内部螺旋部分及び外部螺旋部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフューズ部品。
- 固定子と、
前記固定子内で回転するように構成された回転子と、
前記固定子に取り付けられた回路基板と、
を備え、前記回路基板が、
電流を前記回転子に伝達するように構成された回路と、
前記回路と直列に接続された少なくとも1つのフューズ部品と、
を含み、前記フューズ部品が、
外殻内に収容された、複数の同軸ループ状に連続的に巻かれた単一のワイヤにより形成され、電流が所定閾値を超えたことに応じて前記回転子に流れる電流を遮断するよう構成された螺旋体と、
前記螺旋体と一体的に形成され前記螺旋体の両側から延びる2つの端子部と、
前記螺旋体を収容し、絶縁材料からなる前記外殻と、
前記外殻の前記2つの開口端部のそれぞれに嵌合される2つの末端部品と、
を備え、前記端子部のそれぞれは前記末端部品を通って前記末端部品の外へ延び、前記回路へ直接接続される、
ことを特徴とする電動モータ。 - 前記複数の同軸ワイヤループが、銅被覆アルミニウムワイヤを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電動モータ。
- 前記銅被覆アルミニウムワイヤにおける銅対アルミニウム比が、20%から40%であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電動モータ。
- 前記フューズ部品がフェライトコアをさらに含み、前記螺旋体が、フェライトコアの周りに巻かれていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電動モータ。
- 前記複数の末端部品が導電性であり、前記端子部に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電動モータ。
- 前記複数の末端部品が電気絶縁性であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電動モータ。
