Description
本発明に係る抄造機の第1実施形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。
図2は、第1実施形態におけるシート状調整装置50を側面から見た説明図である。
図3は、第1実施形態におけるシート状調整装置50を上方から見た説明図である。図3においては、8枚あるシート片51のうち、左右5枚のみが使用されており、その他の3枚は使用されていない状態であるため仮想線にて示される。
本発明に係る抄造機の第2実施形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。
図7は、第2実施形態の抄造機1dの気泡調整装置60を上方から見た説明図である。

Claims (2)
- 原料のスラリーを供給する供給槽と、
前記供給槽から供給されたスラリー中の固形分を抄き上げ搬送する抄造ベルトと、
前記抄造ベルト上に抄き上げられ形成された抄造体の略幅方向の厚みに応じて、前記抄造ベルト上に抄き上げられる前記固形分の量を前記幅方向において減少させる抄き上げ量調整装置と、を備え、
前記抄き上げ量調整装置は、前記抄造ベルトの幅方向に複数に分割されたシート片で前記抄造ベルト表面の少なくとも一部を覆うシート状調整装置を備え、分割されたシート片ごとに前記抄造ベルト表面を覆うことにより前記固形分の量を調整することを特徴とする抄造機。 - 前記幅方向の厚みを測定する厚み測定装置をさらに備えた請求項1記載の抄造機。
