Description
まず、図1を参照して、本発明の実施の形態にかかるハイブリッド車両システム1の基本構成について説明する。
次に、図1に示したハイブリッド車両システム1の電子制御系の構成例について説明する。
次に、本実施形態にかかるハイブリッド車両システム1で実行され得る走行モードについて説明する。図2は、本実施形態にかかるハイブリッド車両システム1の走行モードの一例を示している。図3は、走行モードを選択するためのマップの一例を示している。なお、以下の説明中、前後進切替クラッチ40を第1の伝達クラッチと呼ぶ。また、以下の説明は、トランスファクラッチ65が締結された4輪駆動モードで車両が制御される場合の例であり、前輪駆動モードの場合には、後輪75への駆動力又は回生ブレーキ力の伝達は行われない。
図2に示すように、エンジン走行モードにおいて、エンジンECU200は、エンジン10を駆動させる。トランスミッションECU300は、エンジンクラッチ61、第1の伝達クラッチ40及び第2の伝達クラッチ63をすべて締結させ、エンジン10からの出力トルクをCVT30に伝達させる。エンジン10が駆動することにより、オイルポンプ15が駆動され、自動変速装置5内の油圧が確保され得る。そして、トランスミッションECU300は、CVT30においてエンジン10から出力されたトルクを所定の変速比に変換して、前輪側出力軸53に伝達させる。
(3−2−1.第1のシングルモータEV走行モード)
図2に示すように、第1のモータジェネレータ20によるシングルモータEV走行モード(以下、「第1のシングルモータEV走行モード」ともいう。)において、トランスミッションECU300は、エンジンクラッチ61を開放させ、かつ、第1の伝達クラッチ40及び第2の伝達クラッチ63を締結させる。また、モータECU400は、第1のモータジェネレータ20を力行駆動させ、第1のモータジェネレータ20から出力されるトルクを、CVT30を介して駆動輪70,75に伝達させる。
図2に示すように、第2のモータジェネレータ50によるシングルモータEV走行モード(以下、「第2のシングルモータEV走行モード」ともいう。)において、トランスミッションECU300は、エンジンクラッチ61、第1の伝達クラッチ40及び第2の伝達クラッチ63をすべて開放させる。また、モータECU400は、第2のモータジェネレータ50を力行駆動させ、第2のモータジェネレータ50から出力されるトルクを駆動輪70,75に伝達させる。また、車両が、第2のシングルモータEV走行モードで走行中に減速する際には、第2のモータジェネレータ50が回生駆動され、回生ブレーキ力が生成される。
図2に示すように、ツインモータEV走行モードにおいて、トランスミッションECU300は、エンジンクラッチ61を開放させ、かつ、第1の伝達クラッチ40及び第2の伝達クラッチ63を締結させる。また、モータECU400は、第1のモータジェネレータ20及び第2のモータジェネレータ50の出力を調停しつつ、第1のモータジェネレータ20及び第2のモータジェネレータ50をそれぞれ力行駆動させる。そして、トランスミッションECU300は、第1のモータジェネレータ20から出力されるトルクをCVT30で所定の変速比に変換して前輪側出力軸53に伝達させ、第2のモータジェネレータ50の出力トルクと合わせて、駆動輪70,75に伝達させる。
図2に示すように、ハイブリッド走行モードにおいて、トランスミッションECU300は、エンジンクラッチ61、第1の伝達クラッチ40及び第2の伝達クラッチ63をすべて締結させる。エンジンECU200は、エンジン10を駆動させ、駆動力を駆動輪70,75に伝達させる。また、モータECU400は、例えば、第1のモータジェネレータ20及び第2のモータジェネレータ50のうちの少なくとも一方を力行駆動させ、駆動輪70,75の駆動を補助する。このとき、トランスミッションECU300は、CVT30に伝達されたトルクを所定の変速比に変換して前輪側出力軸53に伝達させ、第2のモータジェネレータ50の出力トルクと合わせて、駆動輪70,75に伝達させる。
本実施形態にかかるハイブリッド車両システム1では、エンジン10の始動時及び停止時にクランクシャフト11にトルクを与えるスタータモータが備えられておらず、第1のモータジェネレータ20を用いてエンジン10の始動時及び停止時の制御が行われる。
次に、本実施形態にかかるハイブリッド車両システム1を搭載した車両の走行時におけるエンジン10、第1のモータジェネレータ20、第2のモータジェネレータ50、エンジンクラッチ61、第1の伝達クラッチ40、及び、第2の伝達クラッチ63の使用状態の変化について説明する。以下、本実施形態にかかるハイブリッド車両システム1とは異なる参考例のシステムの使用状態を示すタイミングチャートを説明した後、本実施形態にかかるハイブリッド車両システム1の使用状態を示すタイミングチャートを説明する。

- 駆動輪に伝達されるトルクを出力可能なエンジンと、
前記エンジンに連設され前記駆動輪に伝達されるトルクを出力可能な第1のモータジェネレータと、
少なくとも前記エンジン及び前記第1のモータジェネレータのうちのいずれか一方から出力されるトルクを所定の変速比で変換する変速機構と、
前記第1のモータジェネレータと前記変速機構との間での動力伝達の可否を切替可能な伝達クラッチと、
前記伝達クラッチを開放した状態で前記駆動輪に伝達されるトルクを出力可能な第2のモータジェネレータと、
前記第1のモータジェネレータのモータ軸に連結されて前記モータ軸の回転により駆動されるオイルポンプと、
ハイブリッド車両システムを制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記第2のモータジェネレータの出力トルクにより前記駆動輪を駆動させるシングルモータEV走行モードを実行する間、前記伝達クラッチを開放させ、前記第1のモータジェネレータの出力トルクを利用して前記オイルポンプを駆動させる、ハイブリッド車両システム。 - 前記エンジンと前記第1のモータジェネレータとの間での動力伝達の可否を切替可能なエンジンクラッチを備える、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両システム。

- 前記変速機構と前記第2のモータジェネレータとの間に、動力伝達の可否を切替可能な出力側伝達クラッチを備える、請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両システム。
- 前記オイルポンプを第1のオイルポンプとしたときに、
前記エンジンのクランクシャフトに連結され前記エンジンの出力トルクを利用して駆動される第2のオイルポンプを備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両システム。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記エンジンの出力トルクと、前記第1のモータジェネレータ及び前記第2のモータジェネレータのうちの少なくとも一方の出力トルクと、により前記駆動輪を駆動させるハイブリッド走行モードと、
前記第1のモータジェネレータ及び前記第2のモータジェネレータのうちの少なくとも一方の出力トルクにより前記駆動輪を駆動させるモータ走行モードと、
を実行可能である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記エンジンを始動させる際に、前記伝達クラッチを開放させた状態で前記第1のモータジェネレータの出力トルクを利用して前記エンジンをクランキングさせて、前記エンジンを始動させる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1のモータジェネレータ及び前記第2のモータジェネレータから出力されるトルクにより前記駆動輪を駆動させるツインモータEV走行モードを実行する間、前記エンジンと前記第1のモータジェネレータとの間での動力伝達の可否を切替可能なエンジンクラッチを開放させる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両システム。
