Description
さらには、酸消費量(pH4.8)はボイラー内で熱と圧力により分解し、発生する炭酸ガスが蒸気・復水配管における腐食の原因となっている。これら配管が腐食すると、熱や水のエネルギー回収量が低下し、運転効率が低下する。
上述した障害発生を防止するため、現場から持ち帰った水を定期的に分析することが求められている。具体的には、JIS K0101に従い、シリカ濃度はモリブデン黄吸光光度法、りん酸はモリブデン青吸光光度法、酸消費量(pH4.8)は滴定法で測定している。
しかしながら、これらの分析は現場からの持ち帰りに加え、手動で行うため、時間と労力を要するという問題があった。

Claims (5)
- 複数個のセルが連結プレートの穴に嵌め通されることによって連結されて一体化され、該セル内に測定試薬が収容されているセル連結体と、
該セル連結体の各セルが上面の開口から差し込まれる、透過率又は吸光度の測定部を有した測定器本体と
を有し、
各セルには、互いに異なる溶存成分を分析するように、それぞれ別の種類の試薬が規定量だけ収容されており、
前記測定器本体内には、前記測定部として、発光素子と受光素子の対が各開口の下方にそれぞれ設けられており、
該セル連結体の前記連結プレートが前記測定器本体の上面に載置されることにより各セルが前記発光素子と受光素子の間に配置され、
各セルにおいて、該セル内の溶液の発色に応じた測定波長が設定され、
前記試薬は、冷却水又はボイラー水中のpH、シリカ、塩化物イオン、硫酸イオン、Ca、Mg、酸消費量(pH4.8)、酸消費量(pH8.3)、りん酸イオン、ポリマー、塩素、亜硫酸イオン、ヒドラジン、硝酸、亜硝酸、及び鉄イオンのいずれかを測定するものである
溶存成分の濃度測定装置。 - 請求項1において、各セルに着脱または開閉可能なキャップが装着されていることを特徴とする溶存成分の濃度測定装置。

前記セル連結体には、前記セルが1列に等ピッチで配置されており、
前記測定器本体の上面に、各セルを差し込むための開口が該セル連結体の該ピッチと同ピッチで設けられており、
前記測定器本体にセットされたセル連結体の上部を覆う遮光蓋を備えたことを特徴とする溶存成分の濃度測定装置。 - 請求項3において、各発光素子及び受光素子の対を順次作動させる制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする溶存成分の濃度測定装置。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の濃度測定装置を用いた溶存成分の濃度測定方法。
