Description
エンジンと、
第1モータと、
前記第1モータの回転軸と前記エンジンの出力軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸とに3つの回転要素が共線図において前記回転軸,前記出力軸,前記駆動軸の順に並ぶように接続されたプラネタリギヤと、
前記駆動軸に接続された第2モータと、
前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力をやりとりするバッテリと、
前記バッテリの許容充電電力および許容放電電力を設定する設定手段と、
前記バッテリが前記許容充電電力および前記許容放電電力の範囲内で充放電されながら走行するように前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記設定手段は、前記バッテリの充電が継続されるときには、前記許容充電電力を、前記バッテリの充電電力が大きいときに小さいときよりも、前記充電が開始されてから前記充電電力を急減させ始めるまでの時間が短くなると共に前記充電電力を急減させ始める際の単位時間当たりの減少量が大きくなるように設定し、
前記制御手段は、
アクセルオフ時に、前記エンジンの燃料噴射を停止した状態で少なくとも前記第2モータの回生駆動を伴って前記許容充電電力の範囲内で前記バッテリが充電されると共に前記アクセルオフに応じた制動力が車両に作用するように前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する所定制御を実行する際、
前記充電が開始されてから前記充電電力が急減し始めるまでにおいて、前記充電が開始されてから前記充電電力が急減し始めるまでの時間が所定時間以内になるのが予測される所定予測時でないときには、前記エンジンが第1回転数で前記第1モータによってモータリングされるように前記第1モータを制御するか或いは前記エンジンを前記第1モータによってモータリングせず、前記所定予測時には、前記エンジンが前記第1回転数よりも大きい第2回転数で前記第1モータによってモータリングされるように前記第1モータを制御し、
前記充電電力が急減し始めた以降は、前記充電電力が前記許容充電電力の範囲内となる回転数で前記エンジンが前記第1モータによってモータリングされるように前記第1モータを制御する、
ことを要旨とする。
・エンジン22のクランクシャフト26の回転位置を検出するクランクポジションセンサ23からのクランク角θcr
・スロットルバルブのポジションを検出するスロットルバルブポジションセンサからのスロットル開度TH
・スロットルバルブのポジションを調節するスロットルモータへの制御信号
・燃料噴射弁への制御信号
・イグナイタと一体化されたイグニッションコイルへの制御信号
・モータMG1,MG2の回転子の回転位置を検出する回転位置検出センサ43,44からの回転位置θm1,θm2
・モータMG1,MG2の各相に流れる電流を検出する電流センサからの相電流
・バッテリ50の端子間に設置された電圧センサ51aからの電池電圧Vb
・バッテリ50の出力端子に取り付けられた電流センサ51bからの電池電流Ib(バッテリ50から放電するときが正の値)
・バッテリ50に取り付けられた温度センサ51cからの電池温度Tb
・イグニッションスイッチ80からのイグニッション信号
・シフトレバー81の操作位置を検出するシフトポジションセンサ82からのシフトポジションSP
・アクセルペダル83の踏み込み量を検出するアクセルペダルポジションセンサ84からのアクセル開度Acc
・ブレーキペダル85の踏み込み量を検出するブレーキペダルポジションセンサ86からのブレーキペダルポジションBP
・車速センサ88からの車速V
Claims (6)
- エンジンと、
第1モータと、
前記第1モータの回転軸と前記エンジンの出力軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸とに3つの回転要素が共線図において前記回転軸,前記出力軸,前記駆動軸の順に並ぶように接続されたプラネタリギヤと、
前記駆動軸に接続された第2モータと、
前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力をやりとりするバッテリと、
前記バッテリの許容充電電力および許容放電電力を設定する設定手段と、
前記バッテリが前記許容充電電力および前記許容放電電力の範囲内で充放電されながら走行するように前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記設定手段は、前記バッテリの充電が継続されるときには、前記許容充電電力を、前記バッテリの充電電力が大きいときに小さいときよりも、前記充電が開始されてから前記充電電力を急減させ始めるまでの時間が短くなると共に前記充電電力を急減させ始める際の単位時間当たりの減少量が大きくなるように設定し、
前記制御手段は、
アクセルオフ時に、前記エンジンの燃料噴射を停止した状態で少なくとも前記第2モータの回生駆動を伴って前記許容充電電力の範囲内で前記バッテリが充電されると共に前記アクセルオフに応じた制動力が車両に作用するように前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する所定制御を実行する際、
前記充電が開始されてから前記充電電力が急減し始めるまでにおいて、前記充電が開始されてから前記充電電力が急減し始めるまでの時間が所定時間以内になるのが予測される所定予測時でないときには、前記エンジンが第1回転数で前記第1モータによってモータリングされるように前記第1モータを制御するか或いは前記エンジンを前記第1モータによってモータリングせず、前記所定予測時には、前記エンジンが前記第1回転数よりも大きい第2回転数で前記第1モータによってモータリングされるように前記第1モータを制御し、
前記充電電力が急減し始めた以降は、前記充電電力が前記許容充電電力の範囲内となる回転数で前記エンジンが前記第1モータによってモータリングされるように前記第1モータを制御する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記設定手段は、前記充電が継続されるときには、前記許容充電電力を、前記バッテリの温度が低いときに高いときよりも前記充電が開始されてから前記充電電力を急減させ始めるまでの時間が短くなるように設定し、
前記所定予測時は、前記バッテリの温度が所定温度未満のときである、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記所定制御を実行する際、前記充電電力が急減し始めるまでにおいて、前記所定予測時には、前記バッテリの温度が低いときに高いときよりも大きい回転数で前記エンジンがモータリングされるように制御する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記所定制御を実行する際、前記充電電力が急減し始めるまでにおいて、前記所定予測時には、車速が高いときに低いときよりも大きい回転数で前記エンジンがモータリングされるように制御する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記所定制御を実行する際、前記充電電力が急減し始めるまでにおいて、前記所定予測時には、前記バッテリの温度が低いときに高いときよりも小さくなり且つ車速が高いときに低いときよりも小さくなるように前記バッテリの要求充電電力を設定し、前記要求充電電力を前記許容充電電力で制限して前記バッテリの目標充電電力を設定し、前記目標充電電力が小さいときに大きいときよりも大きくなるように前記エンジンの目標回転数を設定し、前記目標回転数で前記エンジンがモータリングされるように制御する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
シフトポジションとして、第1走行用ポジションと、前記アクセルオフ時に前記第1走行用ポジションよりも大きい制動力を車両に作用させる第2走行用ポジションと、を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記シフトポジションが前記第2走行用ポジションでの前記アクセルオフ時に前記所定制御を実行する際、前記充電電力が急減し始めるまでにおいて、前記所定予測時か否かに応じた回転数で前記エンジンがモータリングされるように制御する、
ハイブリッド自動車。
