Claims (6)
- ソレノイドであって、
電流が流れると磁力を発生するコイルと、
前記コイルの内側に設けられ前記コイルの磁力によって励磁されるステータコアと、
前記ステータコアの内側に形成されるプランジャ室に収容され、前記コイルの磁力によって前記プランジャ室内の吸着部へ向かって移動するプランジャと、
前記プランジャと共に軸方向に沿って移動可能に設けられるシャフトと、
前記ステータコアの内側に設けられるフィルタと、を備え、
前記フィルタは、前記プランジャから見て前記吸着部側であって、前記コイルが設けられる軸方向の範囲内に設けられることを特徴とするソレノイド。 - 前記ステータコアの内側に設けられ、前記シャフトを軸方向に沿って摺動自在に支持し、軸方向に沿って貫通して形成される吸込通路を有するシャフト軸受をさらに備え、
前記フィルタは、前記吸込通路に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソレノイド。 - 前記ステータコアは、前記シャフトが挿通する挿通孔を有し、
前記プランジャ室は、前記挿通孔よりも大きな径で形成され、
前記吸着部は、前記プランジャ室と前記挿通孔との間に生じる段差面であり、
前記シャフト軸受は、円筒状の円筒部と、前記円筒部の一端から径方向に環状に突出して形成されるフランジ部と、を有して非磁性体によって形成され、
前記円筒部は前記挿通孔内に設けられ、前記フランジ部は前記吸着部に当接して前記プランジャ室内に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のソレノイド。 - 前記フィルタは、前記シャフト軸受と一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のソレノイド。
- 前記フィルタは、磁性体によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のソレノイド。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載のソレノイドと、
バルブボディと、
前記バルブボディ内に移動自在に設けられる弁体と、
前記バルブボディ内に設けられ前記ソレノイドにおける前記プランジャの移動に抗するように前記弁体を付勢する付勢部材と、を備えたソレノイドバルブ。
