Description
を趣旨とする。
以下、本発明の回転角検出装置を二重偏心弁を備えた排気還流弁(EGR弁)に具体化した第1実施形態につき図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
次に、本発明の回転角検出装置を二重偏心弁を備えたEGR弁に具体化した第2実施形態につき図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
次に、本発明の回転角検出装置を二重偏心弁を備えたEGR弁に具体化した第3実施形態につき図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
次に、本発明の回転角検出装置を二重偏心弁を備えたEGR弁に具体化した第4実施形態につき図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
次に、本発明の回転角検出装置を二重偏心弁を備えたEGR弁に具体化した第5実施形態につき図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
次に、本発明の回転角検出装置を二重偏心弁を備えたEGR弁に具体化した第6実施形態につき図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

Claims (6)
- 回転体と、前記回転体に保持された磁石と、前記磁石に対向配置された磁気検知器とを備え、前記回転体と一体に前記磁石が回転し、前記磁石の磁界の変化を前記磁気検知器により検知することにより、前記回転体の回転角度を検出するように構成した回転角度検出装置であって、
前記回転体は、有底の凹部とその凹部の周りに配置された複数の取付ピンとを含むことと、
前記磁石が、前記凹部の上端から一部が突出するように前記凹部に挿入されることと、
前記凹部に挿入された前記磁石を、前記回転体に押さえ付けて保持するための非磁性材よりなる弾性変形可能な押さえ板と、
前記押さえ板は、中央部分と外寄り部分とを含み、前記外寄り部分に前記各取付ピンが挿入される複数の取付孔が形成されることと
を備え、前記凹部に挿入された前記磁石がその外縁にて弾性変形した前記押さえ板により前記回転体に押さえ付けられながら、前記各取付孔に挿入された前記各取付ピンが熱かしめされることにより、前記磁石が前記回転体に固定され、前記押さえ板の前記弾性変形は、前記磁石の前記外縁を基点に前記外寄り部分が前記中央部分よりも前記回転体に近づくように変位した状態であることを特徴とする回転角度検出装置。 - 前記押さえ板は、前記中央部分で前記磁石を押さえ、前記外寄り部分が前記各取付孔に対応して複数の翼部に分かれたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転角度検出装置。
- 前記押さえ板は、前記回転体に前記磁石を押さえ付けた状態で前記磁石の側面を挟持するための弾性変形可能な複数の爪部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の回転角度検出装置。
- 前記押さえ板は、少なくとも前記中央部分の表面に滑り止めが施されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の回転角度検出装置。
- 前記回転体には、前記押さえ板の前記外寄り部分の跳ね返りを規制するために、前記外寄り部分の外縁を係止する係止部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の回転角度検出装置。
- 前記押さえ板は、前記中央部分で前記磁石を押さえ、前記中央部分に中心孔が形成され、その中心孔の内周縁部分が複数の舌片に分割されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転角度検出装置。
