Description
Claims (19)
- 薬剤注射ペンであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに対して回転可能な用量設定ノブであって、用量設定と用量修正において互いに反対方向に回転する用量設定ノブと、
前記ハウジング内に配設され、ばねによって付勢されたラチェット部材を有するブレーキアセンブリと、
前記ラチェット部材と前記ばねの付勢力によって係合する、少なくとも1つの外部歯を含むドライバと、
前記ドライバの回転によって軸方向に移動可能であり、それによって注射中、薬剤を放出する送りねじと
を備え、
前記ラチェット部材と前記少なくとも1つの外部歯の間の前記係合は、用量設定中、前記ばねの付勢によって前記ラチェット部材と前記少なくとも1つの外部歯と、係合して、当該ドライバは前記用量設定ノブの回転によって回転せず、および用量修正中、前記ラチェット部材と前記ドライバとの間の一方向のラチェットにより前記用量設定ノブの回転は前記ドライバに伝わらず、これにより、前記用量設定中および用量修正中、前記用量設定ノブが前記ハウジングに対して回転する一方で前記ドライバが前記ハウジングに対して回転することを実質的に防止し、前記ラチェット部材と前記少なくとも1つの外部歯の間の前記係合は、注射中、前記用量設定ノブの回転が前記係合による摩擦力に勝ることにより、前記ドライバが前記用量設定ノブと共に回転することを可能にすることを特徴とする薬剤注射ペン。 - 前記少なくとも1つの外部歯は軸方向に延び、前記ラチェット部材は軸方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記少なくとも1つの外部歯は径方向に延び、前記ラチェット部材は径方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- ばね部材は、前記ラチェット部材を前記少なくとも1つの外部歯と前記係合するように付勢することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ばね部材は、前記ラチェット部材と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ドライバは、前記用量設定中および前記注射中、軸方向に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ブレーキアセンブリは、
ブレーキ部材と、
前記ブレーキ部材内に配設された前記ラチェット部材と、
前記ラチェット部材を前記ドライバに向けて付勢するばね部材と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤注射ペン。 - 前記ラチェット部材は、複数の軸方向に延びる歯を有するディスクを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ディスクから外方向に延びるキーは、前記ブレーキ部材によって受け入れられて前記ディスクの回転を防止することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ブレーキ部材は、前記ハウジングの内面上の軸方向に延びるリブを受け入れて、前記ブレーキ部材の回転を実質的に防止することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ばね部材は、一体品として前記ブレーキ部材と共に単一的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ブレーキ部材内の開口部は、前記送りねじを受け入れ、前記開口部は、前記送りねじの回転を防止することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ドライバは、部分的にねじ切りされて前記送りねじを回転させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 薬剤注射ペンであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに対して回転可能な用量設定ノブであって、用量設定と用量修正において互いに反対方向に回転する用量設定ノブと、
前記ハウジング内に配設され、ばねによって付勢されたラチェット部材を有するブレーキアセンブリと、
前記ラチェット部材と前記ばねの付勢力によって係合する少なくとも1つの外部歯を含むブレーキ塔と、
前記ブレーキ塔の回転によって回転可能な送りねじと、
前記送りねじの回転によって軸方向に移動可能であり、それによって注射中、薬剤を放出する、ピストンロッドと
を備え、
前記ラチェット部材と前記少なくとも1つの外部歯の間の前記係合は、用量設定中、前記ばねの付勢によって前記ラチェット部材と前記少なくとも1つの外部歯と、係合して、前記送りねじは前記用量設定ノブの回転によって回転せず、および用量修正中、前記ラチェット部材と前記送りねじとの間の一方向のラチェットにより前記用量設定ノブの回転は前記送りねじに伝わらず、これにより、前記用量設定中および用量修正中、前記用量設定ノブが前記ハウジングに対して回転する一方で前記送りねじが前記ハウジングに対して回転することを実質的に防止し、前記ラチェット部材と前記少なくとも1つの外部歯の間の前記係合は、注射中、前記用量設定ノブの回転が前記係合による摩擦力に勝ることにより、前記送りねじが前記用量設定ノブと共に回転することを可能にすることを特徴とする薬剤注射ペン。 - 前記ブレーキアセンブリは、
ブレーキ部材と、
前記ブレーキ部材に連結された少なくとも1つの可撓性アームと、
前記少なくとも1つの可撓性アームから径方向に内方向に延びる前記ラチェット部材と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の薬剤注射ペン。 - 前記ブレーキ部材、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性アームおよび前記ラチェット部材は、一体品として単一的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ピストンロッドから外方向に延びるキーは、前記ブレーキ部材によって受け入れられて前記ピストンロッドの回転を防止することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ブレーキ部材は、前記ハウジングの内面上の軸方向に延びるリブを受け入れて、前記ブレーキ部材の回転を実質的に防止することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
- 前記ピストンロッドは、前記送りねじの外部ねじ山と係合するように内部がねじ切りされることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の薬剤注射ペン。
