Claims (3)
- 無終端状に形成された循環水路と、前記循環水路における水面付近に設置され略鉛直方向の軸線回りに回転するインペラとを備えるオキシデーションディッチにおいて前記インペラに対して用いられるインペラ用ガイド板であって、
前記循環水路の直線経路に配置されたインペラの側方に離間して配置され、前記インペラの下流側が開放されると共に、前記インペラの少なくとも上流側を側方から覆い、下流側の先端が前記インペラの回転中心よりも下流側まで延びており、
前記インペラの回転に沿う方向に延びるにつれて前記インペラとの離間距離が連続的に大きくなる形状とされており、
高さ方向の位置は、インペラの高さと概ね一致し、前記高さ方向の長さは、インペラの回転により上流側へ向かって発生する噴出流を堰き止めるために十分な程度の長さを有し、前記噴出流が及ばない水深部であるガイド板の鉛直方向下側は、循環流が通過する領域となる、
インペラ用ガイド板。 - 前記インペラの回転に沿う方向に延びるにつれて、当該インペラ用ガイド板の一端から他端に亘って、前記インペラとの離間距離が連続的に大きくなる形状とされている、請求項1に記載のインペラ用ガイド板。
- インペラと、請求項1又は2に記載のインペラ用ガイド板とを備える曝気撹拌機。
