Description
図1(A)〜図1(F)は、本発明が適用された導電部材1の構成を表す図である。なお、この導電部材1は、バネ性金属(例えばリン青銅,ベリリウム銅,SUS等)からなる1枚の金属薄板を、所定形状に打ち抜くと共に折り曲げて形成されている。また、本明細書でいう「折り曲げ」とは、必ずしも稜ができるような急激な折り曲げでなくてもよく、角が円筒面状になる(いわゆるRを有する)折り曲げであってもよい。
このように構成された導電部材1を利用すれば、例えば、図2(A)〜図2(C)に示すような電磁波シールド構造50を構成することができる。図2(A)〜図2(C)に示すように、この電磁波シールド構造50は、導電部材1が実装されたプリント配線基板60と、実装面を覆うように配設されたシールドケース70とを備えている。
このように構成された導電部材1は、第1バネ部5と第2バネ部20とを備えている。第2バネ部20は、図3に示すように、当接片77に側方(すなわちプリント配線基板60の実装面に沿った方向)から圧接されることができる。このため、その接触圧力を大きく設定しても、プリント配線基板60が撓むことが抑制される。また、第2バネ部20は、このように側方から圧接されているので、振動の影響を受けにくく、1000万回の繰り返し圧縮にも耐えうるような良好な耐久性を有する。
なお、本発明は前記実施形態に何ら限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の形態で実施することができる。例えば、前記実施形態では、導電部材1をオンボードコンタクトの一例として構成したが、オンボードクリップやサイドコンタクトとしても構成することができる。また、リード7,7は省略されてもよい。また、第1バネ部5,枠部10,第2バネ部20等の形状は、前記以外にも種々の形状とすることができる。例えば、第2バネ部20の形状は特開2003−168510号公報等に記載の形状を横倒しにしたような形状であってもよい。

Claims (4)
- 金属薄板を折り曲げて構成された導電部材であって、
片面がハンダ付け用の接合面とされる基部と、
前記基部の一部に、前記片面に対する接平面から離れる方向に傾斜して連接され、前記接平面に向かう方向の力に対して反発力を発生し、前記片面となす角度が鈍角である第1バネ部と、
前記片面とは反対側の他面の上に設けられ、前記基部から前記第1バネ部へ向かう方向と平行な反発力を発生する第2バネ部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする導電部材。 - 前記第2バネ部を当該第2バネ部の変形方向と直交する方向から挟んで前記他面上に一対設けられた枠部を、
更に備え、
前記第2バネ部は、前記一対の枠部の間から前記第1バネ部方向に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電部材。 - 前記第2バネ部は、少なくとも2Nの反発力を発生可能に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の導電部材。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の導電部材と、
前記導電部材における前記基部の前記片面が実装面にハンダ付けされたプリント配線基板と、
前記プリント配線基板の前記実装面に対向配置された板金と、
前記板金に切り込みを形成して前記プリント配線基板に向かう方向に折り曲げることによって形成され、前記導電部材の前記第1バネ部及び前記第2バネ部に当接する当接片と、
を備え、
前記導電部材は、前記切り込みが形成された箇所の対向位置に配設されたことを特徴とする電磁波シールド構造。
