Description

図1は、照明デバイス30が、計測デバイス20のセンサマトリックス22上の特定の領域に向けて特定の光31a,31b,31cを照射しているところを示している。光31a,31b,31cは、センサマトリックス22上に細胞が存在している3つの領域に対して選択的に行われている。この例に示す照明デバイス30は、センサマトリックス22に対向する面に複数の照明ユニット32を備えている。照明ユニット32は、センサマトリックス22に対向する照明デバイス30の1つの面にそれぞれに所望の数でマトリックス状に並んでいる。これらの照明ユニット32は、照明ユニットアレイを構成している。照明ユニット32は、センサマトリックス22の特定の領域を選択的に照射することが可能であるように、センサマトリックス22に含まれるセンサ画素23と同数でもよく、センサ画素23よりも少なくてもよく、センサ画素23よりも多くてもよい。また、センサ画素23の大きさと照明ユニット32の大きさは、互いに同じであっても、互いに異なっていてもよい。
バイオ情報計測装置10の制御は、制御部40により行われる。計測デバイス20は、二次元領域上での位置情報と対応付けて、測定対象物についての光学的情報と、生化学的情報および/または電気的情報などとを二次元領域上で取得し得る。制御部40は、照明デバイス30からの照明の有無や照明条件を計測デバイス20からの情報に基づいて行う。

Claims (3)
- 基板と、前記基板上の二次元領域に配置されるセンサマトリックスとを備え、前記センサマトリックスが、光センサ素子と、化学物質センサ素子および/または電気センサ素子とを含む基本ブロックをセンサ画素として複数備え、前記センサ素子がそれぞれセンシング部を含み、前記センシング部が表面側を向いており、前記センサマトリックスが全体としてセンサ画素アレイを構成している計測デバイスであって、前記センサ画素アレイ上に存在している測定対象物についての光学的情報と、生化学的情報および/または電気的情報とを前記センサ画素アレイ上での前記測定対象物の位置情報と対応付けて取得する計測デバイス、
前記計測デバイスの前記複数のセンサ画素にそれぞれ対向して配置され、かつ前記センサ画素アレイの照射領域に対して、所望の照明強度で光照射する複数の照明ユニットを備える照明デバイス、および
前記取得された前記生化学的情報または前記電気的情報と、それらに対応付けられた前記測定対象物の前記位置情報と、所定の閾条件とに基づいて、前記照射領域を前記センサ画素の単位として決定すると共に、前記照明強度を前記照射領域毎に決定し、それに従い前記複数の照明ユニットにおける光照射を制御する制御部
を備えるバイオ情報計測装置。 - 前記複数の照明ユニットは互いに波長の異なる光を照射することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の照明ユニットからの各光照射は、前記波長に応じて当該センシング部への入射角度が制御されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
