Claims (9)
- フィルムの表面上に直接接触する第1の有機材料領域を形成する工程と、
前記第1の有機材料領域が形成された前記フィルムの表面上に直接接触し、かつ、前記第1の有機材料領域に近接した第2の有機材料領域を形成する工程と、
加熱温度を有する加熱領域と、該加熱領域に隣接する非加熱領域とを含む熱源を準備する工程と、
前記フィルムが前記熱源と前記第1の有機材料領域との間に位置するように、前記加熱領域と前記非加熱領域とを含む前記熱源によって前記第1の有機材料領域を加熱して押し付けて、前記加熱領域に対応する前記第1の有機材料領域の一部が加熱され基板に貼り付けられて、パターン化第1の有機材料層を形成し、前記非加熱領域に対応する前記第1の有機材料領域の別の一部を前記フィルム上に残す工程と、
前記第1の有機材料領域に近接した前記第2の有機材料領域を前記パターン化第1の有機材料層の上方に移動する工程と、
前記フィルムが前記熱源と前記第2の有機材料領域との間に位置するように、前記加熱領域と前記非加熱領域とを含む前記熱源によって前記第2の有機材料領域を加熱して押し付けて、前記加熱領域に対応する前記第2の有機材料領域の一部が加熱され前記パターン化第1の有機材料層に貼り付けられてパターン化第2の有機材料層を形成し、前記非加熱領域に対応する前記第2の有機材料領域の別の一部を前記フィルム上に残す工程と、
を含む有機発光ダイオードの製造方法。 - 前記第1の有機材料領域及び前記第2の有機材料領域の材料は、それぞれ正孔注入材料、正孔伝送材料、発光材料、電子伝送材料又は電子注入材料である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 金属材料領域を前記フィルムに形成し、前記熱源によって前記金属材料領域を加熱して、加熱された前記金属材料領域を前記第2の有機材料層に貼り付けることを更に含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記金属材料領域を前記フィルムに形成し、前記熱源によって前記金属材料領域を加熱して、前記金属材料領域を前記基板に貼り付けることを更に含む請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 圧力源を更に含み、前記圧力源と前記熱源により、加熱された前記第1の有機材料領域を前記基板に貼り付けて、且つ加熱された前記第2の有機材料領域を前記第1の有機材料層に貼り付ける請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の有機材料領域及び前記第2の有機材料領域を前記フィルムに形成する工程は、スピンコーティング、スロットコーティング、インクジェット印刷、グラビア印刷、スクリーン印刷、化学気相蒸着、物理気相蒸着、スパッタリング又はスプレーコーティングによって行われる請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムの材料は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリエステル又はポリプロピレンを含む請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱源は、複数のサブ領域を含み、前記サブ領域の一部が加熱温度を提供する請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱源は、異なる時間で異なる加熱温度を提供する請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
