Description
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの駆動部材と少なくとも2つの選択器部材とを備える駆動部材選択機構であって、少なくとも1つの駆動部材と少なくとも2つの選択器部材は、選択器部材それぞれの共通軸に沿って位置が変更されうるように、共通軸の周りに配置され、駆動部材またはそのそれぞれは、第1面および第2面を備え、各面上に少なくとも1つの突起部をさらに備え、選択器部材はその少なくとも1つの面上に、駆動部材の突起部と選択的に係合するように構成された少なくとも1つの相補的突起部を備え、その構成は、そのまたは対応する駆動部材それぞれについて、使用する際に駆動部材に係合するように選択器部材を共通軸に沿って動かした後に、その第1面の少なくとも一つの突起部が第1トルク接続で選択器部材の少なくとも一つの前記突起部に駆動可能に係合されることができ、使用する際に駆動部材に係合するように選択器部材を共通軸に沿って動かした後に、その第2面の少なくとも一つの突起部が、第1トルク接続とは反対の第2トルク接続で他の選択器部材の少なくとも一つの突起部に駆動可能に係合されることができるようなものであり、
駆動部材選択機構が、共通軸に沿って選択器部材の位置を制御するように構成されたシフト機構をさらに備え、
シフト機構が、それぞれが一つの円周トラックを備える少なくとも二つの回転ドラムを有し、
前記回転ドラムがそれぞれ、他の回転ドラムと実質的に同一であり、他の回転ドラムに対して回転変位を伴って取り付けられ、
選択器部材それぞれが、対応する回転ドラムの回転が共通軸に沿った対応する選択器部材の位置を決定するように、個別のトラックに結合して取り付けられる、
駆動部材選択機構。 - 駆動可能に係合されるとき、突起部はそれらが確実に駆動可能に係合されるように物理的に干渉する、請求項1に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 駆動可能に係合されるとき、突起部は駆動可能に係合された選択器部材と駆動部材とを一緒に引き寄せるように形状化された、請求項1または請求項2に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 選択器部材と駆動部材との間の相対的回転が、駆動係合が存在するトルクの方向に反対の方向にある場合には、駆動部材と選択器部材とは押し離されるように、突起部が形状化されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 所与のトルク状態で駆動可能に係合されていない選択器部材は駆動部材から選択的に離されることができる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 駆動部材および選択器部材の各係合面上に3つの突起部が設けられた、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 少なくとも2つの前記駆動部材と少なくとも3つの前記選択器部材とを備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 少なくとも1つの前記選択器部材の位置が少なくとも2つの予荷重付きバネによって決定される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 少なくとも1つの前記選択器部材が2つの前記駆動部材の間に配置され、その各面上に少なくとも1つの前記突起部を備え、第1面上の少なくとも一つの前記突起部は1つの駆動部材上の少なくとも一つの前記突起部との係合を作用させることができ、第2面上の少なくとも一つの前記突起部は別の他の駆動部材上の少なくとも一つの前記突起部との係合を作用させることができる、請求項7に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 駆動部材がギアである、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 駆動部材が様々なギア比をもたらし、それぞれが、駆動部材が結合した構成要素を駆動するように作用する正トルク、または結合した構成要素が駆動部材を駆動する負トルクの状態であることが可能であり、シフト機構は、1つのギアの負駆動の選択器部材とそれより高いギアの正駆動の選択器部材とによる同時係合を、または1つのギアの正駆動の選択器部材とそれより低いギアの負駆動の選択器部材との同時選択を防止するように構成される、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- トラックのパターンが回転ドラムの両側で繰り返され、シフト機構は複数のシフトアームをさらに備え、シフトアームの少なくとも二つが、対応する前記回転ドラムそれぞれの一方側に結合して、それに形成されたトラックと係合するように構成される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 回転ドラムがシフトシャフト上に取り付けられ、各ドラムは、シフトシャフトの軸に沿って作用する少なくとも2つの弾性部材によって休止位置に向けて押しやられる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
- 弾性部材がシフトシャフトの内側に取り付けられるバネである、請求項13に記載の駆動部材選択機構。
