Claims (2)
- 導電性金属で形成されてバッテリにおける端子取付け面から突出した棒状電極に一端乃至その近傍が接続され、前記端子取付け面の外縁へと他端に向けて延在するバッテリ端子の他端側に設けられた、もしくは、導電性金属で板状に形成されるとともに前記端子取付け面と略平行に配置され、前記バッテリ端子の他端側に接続される接続端子に設けられた給電部と、
導電性金属で板状に形成されるとともに前記端子取付け面と略平行に配置され、前記バッテリからの電力によって動作する回路が接続される回路端子と、
導電性金属で形成されるとともに、前記バッテリ端子における前記給電部近傍の外周縁、もしくは、前記接続端子における前記給電部近傍の外周縁、のうち前記バッテリ端子の延在方向と略平行な縁から、前記端子取付け面の面外方向に起立した給電側起立部と、
導電性金属で形成されるとともに、前記回路端子の外周縁のうち前記延在方向と略平行な縁から、前記給電側起立部と同じ方向に起立した回路側起立部と、
導電性金属で形成されるとともに、前記給電側起立部と前記回路側起立部との間に渡された橋状部と、を備え、
前記給電側起立部、前記回路側起立部、及び前記橋状部のうちの少なくとも何れかが、閾値以上の電流が流れると溶断する可溶体として機能することを特徴とするヒュージブルリンク。 - 前記給電側起立部が、前記接続端子における前記延在方向と略平行な縁から帯状に延出し前記面外方向に曲げ起こされて形成されたものであり、
前記回路側起立部が、前記回路端子における前記延在方向と略平行な縁から帯状に延出し前記面外方向に曲げ起こされて形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒュージブルリンク。
