Description
図1及び図2に示すように、リニアモータの可動子11は、複数のティース12を所定間隔でリニアに配列すると共に、各ティース12にそれぞれ角筒型のボビン14に巻回したコイル15を装着し、これら全体を固定枠16で連結固定して一体化した構成となっている。尚、図示はしないが、固定子は、コア上に複数の永久磁石を交互に異極となるようにリニアに等ピッチで配列して構成され、この固定子の永久磁石の配列に沿って可動子11が移動するようになっている。
Claims (3)
- 所定間隔でリニアに配列された複数のティースにそれぞれ角筒型のボビンに巻回したコイルを装着したリニアモータの放熱構造において、
隣接する前記コイル間に、該コイルで発生した熱を外部に伝導して放熱する放熱部材を配置し、該コイルのうちの該コイルの弾性力により前記角筒型のボビンのエッジ間で外側へ湾曲状に浮き上がって膨らんだ部分で該放熱部材を挟み込むことを特徴とするリニアモータの放熱構造。 - 前記角筒型のボビンのエッジ間の部分のうちの前記放熱部材が挟み込まれる部分を凹状に形成し又は無くすことにより、該放熱部材で前記コイルの膨らみ部分を内側に押し込むように該放熱部材を挟み込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアモータの放熱構造。
- 前記角筒型のボビンのエッジ部分の丸みの曲率半径を調整することにより、そのボビンに巻回した前記コイルの膨らみ量を調整することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のリニアモータの放熱構造。
