Description
1) 密閉されたデバイス内に試薬類を保存し、保存箇所から外気に触れさせず試薬類を滴下することが難しいこと、
2) 微量の試薬類を保存し、また滴下することが難しいこと、
3) 1),2)を解決するデバイスが安価に製造できないこと、
等の問題点が挙げられる。とりわけ、マイクロフルイディクスデバイスがその特性上から消耗品として扱われることを考えると、その試薬類保存デバイスが安価に製造できずにデバイスの購入価格が高くなってしまうことは、分析装置のユーザーにとって大きなデメリットである。
i)微量の試薬類を密閉保存し、保存箇所から外気に触れさせず試薬類を滴下できる生化学用試薬類保存デバイスを提供すること、
ii)この生化学用試薬類保存デバイスを用い、生化学分析分野の前処理プロセスを自動で行う生化学用分析装置を提供すること、
iii)i),ii)に係る、安価な生化学用試薬類保存デバイスを提供すること、
をそれぞれ目的とする。
Claims (11)
- 試薬類が滴下される滴下空間部の開口部が接合面に形成されているデバイス本体と、
試薬類が封入される封入空間部を有し、前記封入空間部の開口部が前記デバイス本体との接合面を形成する接合部によって一体的に密閉されている試薬類保存容器と
を備え、
前記デバイス本体と前記試薬類保存容器とが前記滴下空間部と前記封入空間部との位置を合わせて互いの接合面同士が接合されている状態で、前記試薬類保存容器の前記封入空間部の外壁が押動されたときには、前記接合部の中の前記封入空間部の開口部を密閉している密閉部分が、前記デバイス本体の前記滴下空間部内に膨出変形して破断し、
前記試薬類保存容器は、
前記封入空間部が複数形成されているベースシート部材と、
前記接合部を形成するトップシート部材と
からなり、
前記複数の封入空間部にそれぞれ異なる試薬類が貯溜された状態の前記ベースシート部材に、前記トップシート部材を接合固定して前記複数の封入空間部それぞれを密閉して構成されており、
前記試薬類保存容器は、前記複数の封入空間部にそれぞれ封入される異なる試薬類のパターンの違いに応じて前記封入空間部の数、形状、若しくは配置の中の少なくともいずれかが異なる前記ベースシート部材に、前記ベースシート部材の前記封入空間部の数、形状、若しくは配置の違いにかかわらず、同一構成のトップシート部材を接合固定して構成されており、
前記封入空間部と前記滴下空間部は、略同一形状である
ことを特徴とする生化学用試薬類保存デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の生化学用試薬類保存デバイスであって、
デバイス使用時に、前記デバイス本体と前記試薬類保存容器とがそれぞれの対応する前記滴下空間部と前記封入空間部との位置を合わせて互いの接合面同士が接合される

前記試薬類保存容器は、PTP包装シートによって構成されている

前記試薬類保存容器の前記封入空間部には、試薬類が温調された時に化学反応を阻害しない組成のオイルが試薬類と共に封入されている
ことを特徴とする生化学用試薬類保存デバイス。 - 試薬類が滴下される滴下空間部の開口部が接合面に形成されているデバイス本体と、試薬類が封入される封入空間部を有し、前記封入空間部の開口部が前記デバイス本体との接合面を形成する接合部によって一体的に密閉されている試薬類保存容器とが、前記滴下空間部と前記封入空間部との位置を合わせて互いの接合面同士が接合されている構成の生化学用試薬類保存デバイスを使用する生化学用分析装置であって、
前記生化学用試薬類保存デバイスをセットするホルダと、
前記ホルダに前記デバイス本体を搭載してセットされた生化学用試薬類保存デバイスの前記試薬類保存容器を前記ホルダ側に押しつけるための蓋体と
を有し、
前記蓋体の押しつけにより前記試薬類保存容器の前記封入空間部を圧迫し、当該封入空間部の開口部を密閉している前記接合部の密閉部分を前記デバイス本体内に膨出変形させて破断させる生化学用分析装置であり、
前記封入空間部と前記滴下空間部は、略同一形状である

前記蓋体には、前記試薬類保存容器の前記各封入空間部それぞれを前記ホルダ側に押しつけるための複数の試薬押し出し部が前記蓋体に対して個別に変位自在に設けられ、前記各試薬押し出し部の前記蓋体に対する個別変位に基づく押しつけにより、前記試薬類保存容器の当該試薬押し出し部に対応する前記封入空間部を圧迫し、当該封入空間部の開口部を密閉している前記接合部の密閉部分を前記デバイス本体内に膨出変形させて破断させる、生化学用分析装置であり、
前記封入空間部と前記滴下空間部は、略同一形状である
ことを特徴とする生化学用分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の生化学用試薬類保存デバイスであって、
前記滴下空間部は椀形状であり、当該椀形状の底部にはさらに前記デバイス本体内を下方へ試薬類を送液する通路が設けられている
ことを特徴とする生化学用試薬類保存デバイス。 - 請求項5に記載の生化学用分析装置であって、
前記生化学用試薬類保存デバイスは、前記滴下空間部が椀形状であり、当該椀形状の底部にはさらに前記デバイス本体内を下方へ試薬類を送液する通路が設けられている
ことを特徴とする生化学用分析装置。 - 請求項6に記載の生化学用分析装置であって、
前記生化学用試薬類保存デバイスは、前記滴下空間部が椀形状であり、当該椀形状の底部にはさらに前記デバイス本体内を下方へ試薬類を送液する通路が設けられている
ことを特徴とする生化学用分析装置。 - 請求項6に記載の生化学用分析装置であって、
前記試薬押し出し部と前記滴下空間部は、略同一形状である
ことを特徴とする生化学用分析装置。 - 請求項9に記載の生化学用分析装置であって、
前記ホルダは、隣り合う前記滴下空間部の通路同士の連通/遮断制御するホルダ流路を備えている
ことを特徴とする生化学用分析装置。
